So all I am saying is develop great young Slovenian players or at least get someone who has any sort of association with the county. For example, played for Olimpija or something like that.

Well he did point out in the video "Lučić BARELY touching his fingertips", which was not really needed to be said. He bumped into his fingers quite hard as seen on video. It was after the ball left his hand, and didn't affect the shot, but the rules are as they are, and the call was right. So in that perspective, pointing out that "barely" is really not needed. Why would it be important, if not meaning "wrong or not unnecessary call".
What I wanted to say with barely was how small the contact was, which could have been avoided by Lucic easily. Maybe we would be talking about Serbia right now if not that foul. Probably should have chosen a different word, thanks for your comment!
