Hotels are definitely price gouging. Aside from not being able to book a hotel due to unavailability, the prices were 2-3X more than what is “normal”.

Where? I have no functioning air, and have been buying ice by the 60#+ for a few years. I have NEVER seen ice that cheap. Nope. I found a Windmill water place that also has an ice maker. I pay $2.50/20#.

It’s normal for stores like Costco, HEB and Krogers to increase prices. They always do that even without an hurricane.
Polk county Sheriff Grady Judd also encourages folks to report any information on drug dealers who may be price gouging at this time.
