Nice done ! Do you still use tormek system for knives ?
Yes, I still use Tormek. And I use benchstones, belt grinder, and guided sharpener as well. I choose a sharpener based on the type of knife and its condition.
@@sharpcokorea thats the best, you are probably right. I have all systems but no tormek. I am looking at maybe byuing one. This looks amazing, isnt it ?
@@pyrosis08 Yes it is. But if you sharpen the knives with Tormek, you have to do a lot of trial and error.

Hello Master! In this case I don't like the width of the edge. I think it's too big. I understand that you reduced the angle to make the knife sharper, but an edge of this width is not appropriate here. Just imho
