Appreciate that. I love San Antonio and nearby Dade city. It will certainly change over the next few years as the area grows, but at least they are throwing in communities like Mirada.

I'm a resident at Mirada. None of the lagoon communities have the "blanket wifi" you've mentioned in your videos. The HOA denies there ever being such a thing. UltraFi refers to the internet available in each individual's home through the HOA (your HOA fees cover internet and cable). I wish that was the case, but I've been told multiple times in writing that's it's not an offering.

Biscayne is a great builder. I would compare to Homes by westbay to see which is more your style. Both are great options IMO. Fyi, if you like mirada, visit my channel. I have a new mirada video about to go live in a few hours.

What are the HOA fees there ( single family home) and does that include unlimited access to the lagoon with no extra charges?
Hoa is $225/quarter
Lagoon fee is $25/month per family and you get guest passes. It’s optional per household
The ultrafi wifi and cable tv package Included in the hoa

Lol only inflatable ones! It’s a man made 7.5 acre pool. They call it a crystal lagoon. So no, no alligators and no animals!

I love these modern master planned communities, but why do they have to build so close to each other! I have to have space and privacy.
Yeah I agree. I was on the phone with a builder today and mentioned they should have a few more communities offering a half acre or more and they also need a modern design option for homes. Those are two major homebuyer wants that we lack at the moment
Yes, I totally agree. We are hesitant to move to Tampa and are considering Texas due to these exact reasons.
Yeah and completely ruined a beautiful little town that I was born and raised at.
