The first book of John reads “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” The latter is the heart of the Old Apostolic Church. We are led by the word in all that we do, this is our vessel of blessing. “Vuma Vuma phefumlo wam” speaks to exactly that. Furthermore, the song calls for the soul to allow God (the word) to rule and lead.
