Hi dr you might want to add puerera mirifica powder for monopausing women..it is a natural herbs that mimics human phyto estrogen and i am already 56 abd veing consuming the herbs for 20 years now my skin is less wrinkled and i did not have white hairs too
And being*
How do you keep your eyes shining so brightly?
Plastic surgery is what they have in common, please stop telling these untruths. Celebrities are paying big money on procedures not available to " Regular people"
@@thelmathomas8414 what is the untruth you speak of?
Common denominator is money, food and lifestyle including stress levels. Money helps you deal with stress far better than those without.
Yup I agree stress takes it toll for sure physically and mentally
Nope . Its genes .
Money or no money . I know many middle class , lower income people who live very stressful lives n look very young..
I think it depends. I've known people with lots of money who are always stressed and some with very little money who have incredibly happy lives. I think it has more to do with expectations.
Also, They are able to take long stretches off from work to have procedures and heal from them…
If they are unable to attend a work meeting.. they can afford a representative to represent them, there.. they have the means to hire fitness coaches and nutrition coaches.. someone to cook and clean for them..They have access to all the latest technology to assist them with many aspects of their lives..I could go on & on..Good For Them, eh? ☮️💖
I agree. Money is the reason
Celebrities looks so good.
If I have money I look good too.
What do they have in common? TONS OF MONEY 💰
And ADENOCHROME 😜
I live in the UK and I once saw Liz Hurley it was windy and her hair blew from her face and yes she had fine scar behind her ear..... Face-lift?
@@ethereumrise7860 Exactly right! And we will no longer see them again because they've been taken care of for their evil satanic rituals they've done to God's children to get the adrenochrome.
Yup ! Secret to stay young youthful fresh look.. money lots of money 💰💰💰
Agreed. Holly weird crew have been evil to stay young looking.
I am 57, no wrinkles around my eyes, mouth and no jowls. No filler or botox either. I have two eggs, natto and avocado every morning. No sugar and no bread
I don't believe you
That natto is the thing! Contain the highest vit k2 that really playing role in reducing wrinkles! Are you Japanese by any chance?
Thx for info
No jowls at 57??? I need natto!!
My mom Loook young like my sister at 58… she’s black 😏😏
It's very difficult to believe none of them have had any procedures done..Real youthfulness comes from within the spirit.Im 50 and never had any procedures. My secret is pure eating, pure thoughts, herbs and most of all staying in the spirit realm of constant prayer..There all time stops!!
Intermittent fasting is the cheapest thing one can do, affordable to everyone and increases lifespan.
And great for busy folks who don’t have time to eat lol 😂
@@thedivinefeminine1821 fasting it is also cost efficient.I'm now 20:4 fasting and wishing to achieve OMAD
@@thedivinefeminine1821 Yes! I started intermittent fasting without realizing it when I had 3 under 3 last year. I lost almost 100 pounds without thinking about it or trying. I have been over 200 for over 10 years. Someone just asked me recently and I told her I only eat dinner since my husband is home then (don’t have time the rest of the day) and I do stuff myself. So I owe it all to intermittent fasting.
Exercise too! Both result in autophagy and lengthens our telomeres which are what keeps us young.
They’ve also maintained their weight. I’ve never seen any of them fat or too thin.
It's so true! But this one is so hard for me damn eating disorder 😩
@@elisabethbirnie3119 same can easily add 10 more or less in 6 months it doesn't stretches skin
Getting fat is a sure fire way to get old fast. First of all, if you get fat you'll automatically look older. Then if you lose the weight, you'll end up giving yourself saggy skin, which will make you older faster. Thing is, you should lose the weight to be healthy. Obviously then, don't get fat in the first place!!!!!!
@@alinazang6651 fasting will snap loose skin back. I've fluctuated 100# 3x in the last decade and have no stretch marks nor loose skin. I eat only meat, 1 meal a day, and fast 72 hr every other week.
I'm 44 btw and my profile picture was taken a few days ago .
I realized the other day that Pamela Anderson has always been fit and I've never seen a pic of her overweight ever
Plastic surgery, excellent facelifts and tweaks, top of the line lasers and treatments, custom facial implants instead of fillers, HGH, and hormone replacement therapy along with excellent diets, chefs, personal trainers, stylists, and the list goes on and on. I was in the business. They literally spend 3/4 of the week working on their age defying appearances. It’s a totally different world that my normal friends cannot even comprehend. 😊😘
Exactly- my mom used to say that beauty is their business- that’s what they do. Most of us poor people lack the time, money and energy to work at beauty this hard.
At some point more money and effort put in do not guarantee a radically better result anymore (the law of diminishing returns). Plus, if you want to look good (and natural) in the real life, not on camera, you probably don't need most of those more extreme tweaks anyway, just the basics like your routines. You don't need a chef to eat a bit healthier than most people, too.
We ALL love Dr. Rajani, because he is willing to give us educated advice.
Healthy fats, leafy greens, low carbs, sleep, low stress, good genes, nutritional supplementation, balanced hormones, skin care, exercise and IF is what works for me 🙏🏽💕❤️
Everything you mentioned is true. Fact!
@@shellywatson9845 lol so much work involved in our anti-aging quest 😀😅
Let's be realistic due to the "business" most celebs don't live a really healthy life style(e. g organic whole food diet, low alcohol intake, plenty of sleep). They do have the money to buy procedural/surgical "enhancements."
@@daw7773 true, the rest of us are left to do it the hard way! Though I do think the hard way is the better way. At least it’s more authentically you 😀
@@SagiDragon I agree, the "hard way" of maintaining a youth appearance will correlate with general healthy life(e.g. normal blood pressure,no cardiac artery blockages, no sudden mental health disorders). Health is definitely the greatest asset. Have a great day.
Im 50 and people think I'm 30 as they literally fall over as they asked me questions on how do I look this way. I've even had doctors freak out over my appearance especially since I've had no work done whatsoever, not even fillers or Botox! I'm actually poor so money is a big issue of getting anything done. I try to eat somewhat healthy but again I really don't have the finances to eat healthy all the time. I think the reason behind my youthfulness is genetics and the fact that I always stay out of the sun due to "Gothic" lifestyle. And I do vitamins and minerals.
Sun is the number one factor in skin aging. Staying out of the sun is the single most effective way to prevent wrinkles.
Of course you do says you lol 😂 give me $1 for every women who has ever told me this.
@@louisefarrington9170 well you definitely lost this dollar. 🤣😉

Amen sister. I'm 50 as well, and have stayed out of the sun. Which isnt hard, as I dont like it. But I do believe it truly helps!! And judging by your picture you do look great!
The common denominator is Money = Less stress and wrinkles!
Adrenocrome,,, pedophilides
Well, I saw some of them without filters and while they all are still gorgeous, you can accurately guess their true age. It's of course, they obviously had a lot of expensive treatments we can't afford. But you can't erase age by looking like you have motionless mask on face and there is something in the eyes and corners of mouth that ages you. Some people have tons of wrinkles and other age signs but their still bright eyes and happy outlook on life makes them look so much younger, attractive and lovely. Lets not underestimate that.
Great great points
Totally agree! Also wrinkles and lines are not really aging. I know many 20- year olds with wrinkles and yet it doesn't age them in the slightest (they still look 20) but then you see women in their 50s and 60s with the masked, botoxed effect and the resulting creaseless face and they don't look any younger to me! Still their age but an additional odd factor to the face. No bueno.
Or just admit you are jealous. Most of them look great!
See jlo in Harsh daylight. Unretouched pics. She looks 50s to me.
@@swanthequeen2144 well, I did wrote they are gorgeous. And of course, I would like to be rich, instead of poor, but well... that's how it is.
Dr. Rajani, thank you for sharing your knowledge. You're one amazing Dr.! I'm 48 years old and I have changed my lifestyle because of you, without breaking the bank (i.e., food, sleep, vitamins, exercise, skin care etc.) and people noticed a huge difference in my skin. I've learned a lot from you and looking forward to watching and sharing more of your videos. Thank you 🙏🏻
Black skin age differently. My mother is 61 and looks like she's in her 40s plus her skin is oily!
Also we are vegetarians and drink lots of water.
I think when u have money : u have someone who cook healthy food for u , someone who take care of ur skincare, body and hair , a coach for workout plus the filler and Botox u can do prevent aging and stay young and beautiful . And of course number one thing which is genes
I'm convinced that they're taking something that we're not privy to. And also facial surgery.
Good call. Something too evil to market to the populous.
@me yes, growth hormones, stem cells etc plus they are wearing make up. Look around at other 50 year old people. It's not like you suddenly look like a fossil.
@@AnnaMaria-oy1fp the sun damage shows pretty quickly. I know many women in their 50s covered in sun spots. Hence I never leave the house w/o spf or long sleeves/pants.

Human growth hormone- for sure!!
Genetics and bone structure is huge I’m 58 and my mother stayed younger looking than most her age she even smoked but quit later on in life! I don’t smoke or drink and work hard at my job and work out! I eat pretty good like lots of veggies and dark greens, I don’t have a lot money to put into to skin care procedures but I do use tretinoin and C serums and a bunch of other products that have been great As of a year ago!
Sleep is important too a lot
Yeah, they age. They age with the best plastic surgeons, make up artists and face creams money can buy.
I’m so glad you mentioned bhrt, as I just started a couple months ago, and I swear I am seeing changes in my hair and face. This may be thee best video on this topic I have seen, so thank you 🙏
Reducing the 3..Ss. Sun,Sugar,Salt. Is helpful and CHEAP!!..💖.
Good points
Yes!
Thank you for going in more detail about aging gracefully in a more natural way!
I've never exercised in my life. Movement is the key. If I start my day with music and a Beat, is automatic movement.
Isn't that exercising?
Eating food with nutrients (amino acids, omeg 3 fatty acids, etc), no sugar, Intermittent fasting, exercising, no baking in sun, skincare, etc. Low stress. Also, losing weight can cause changes in the skin.
Great program
Thanks again. We all need a reminder to eat well. We should strive to offer great practitioners ( such as you) the best canvas to work on. Knowledge, activity and a tailored diet means a better quality of life no matter what it throws at us. Stay well xx

Very welcome
Great information as always! Thank you Doc
For me taking care of my skin and having occasional treatments (microneedling, utherapy) is like daily maintenance for your body. The same as working out at the gym, going to the dentist, brushing your teeth, going to the Doctor, daily hygiene, eating right and portion control, taking supplements etc. My elderly mother in her 90's rarely spent time in the sun and hardly has any wrinkles. Personally I'm not going down without a fight and I'm proud of that. I'm 56, 32 waist, train 5 days a week, work full time and have no wrinkles. To each their own but I would never change a thing.
You got it…..I couldn’t agree more.
Do u take hormone replacement?

I have a ton of stress due to severe anxiety but I look younger in part because I meditate every day , use reiki etc, and use sunblock and a dermaroller ,I love the dermaroller. Anyone can intermittent fast ,which keeps you younger, avoid sugar and other things too . Supplement Vitamin D , Coenzyme q10... I also feel younger and that is huge, subliminal videos you can find on CZcams help me .
A lot of it is psychological, the rest is lifestyle.
Awesome video! This is exactly what I was looking for! What is the aging conference you mentioned? And, also think you're right that it's so important to be aware of hormones. I had a DUTCH Complete test done a year or so ago and it was super insightful and I plan to do it again in a couple of years or if I have any symptoms of hormone issues.
What test is this and what clinic and doctor thanks!!!!

Oh wow. Thank You. I started early menopause after botched surgery and with a very strong history of beast cancer (double mastectomies and deaths ) I've been told no way can I have estrogen therapy. I'm super excited that you gave us a link to naturally boost estrogen. Ty. You're a special person ❤
I am no doctor, but is it really a good idea boost Estrogen, when Estrogen is what you should stay away from? If the type of cancer that's in yr family is casued due to hormones, the natural hormones (as in boosting it from food or such) will also feed the cancer I think. Again, I am not doctor, but felt urge to comment, check with your doc before laborating, natural supplements can be very powerful.💕

This a perfect video on how you can help yourself. Doing any or all the these steps can help your skin look better and feel better about yourself 😊 Aging is an interesting transition and your advise on all of your videos are so positive and honest about the many choices we have .
They are choices to do or not to. Thanks for all of these choices and how best to use them. At 64 they will not turn back the clock and I am ok with that , but to look even a little better makes me feel better so I guess really at the end of the day these are emotional choices .
As always a great pleasure to watch and listen to your advise. I really admire your dedication to what is an overwhelming amount of studies and experiments to bring us this info.🙏🏻🌹😊✨✨✨

I’m turning 41 in November. People don’t believe my age when ever I tell them. I think ageing has a lot to do with genes , healthy lifestyle, diet and exercise, and also ethnicity , as well as moisturising often. As to celebrities, I think many do surgeries, so there’s that! They have money. I love your channel! I took your suggestion Dr. And bought the K2 supplement recently. I also recently bought a hyaluronic facial treatment.
I am going to subscribe to your channel Nicole
@@flygirl6108 Thank you so much !!! I appreciate it !😘
Don't get too comfy though - I used to look 25 until I was 46... and then - one day to the next.. zaaapp... my young-ish looks had faded (nothing to do with menopause.. still going strong in that department).
41 is nothing, come back after the menopause has ravaged you!
Love you so much Doc! Appreciate you sharing your knowledge, your videos are extremely informative!

Dear friend Dr Rajani, hello. Great information again. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. About the celebrities, well, I sure would like to see them all when they wake up. Wouldn't you?

A free spirit and the constant will to learn and try new things are also something that makes you attractive. That along with beautiful skin, of course!😆
Great, great video once again Dr Rajani!👌
This doctor treats the rich and famous, all this costs lots of money, it's not for the general public...some of his advice makes sense...these celebs spend time and lots of money for regular costly treatments we don't know about we too would beat the clock if we could AFFORD IT...good food is costly too vitimans are costly, only thing free is good genes...eat as well as you can afford, get sleep, cut the stress and anxiety if poss..stay thankful and positive..a little exercise goes a long way..and pray. the rest is bs..
SO MOST OF US POOR HAVE TO GRIN AND BARE THE RAVAGES OF AGEING..Try not to envy the rich...they have worse problems, keeping up appearances......we all endup in the same public burial bedroom...only some look prettier..
Enjoy what you have and be grateful, thanks Dr. Doolittle for your useless advice.
hey, thanks for the video. I had my 3 morpheos treatments and saw my mom for the first time since covid and she wanted to know if I had had a face lift. Anyway, and seeing the estitian at the dr's office now because my husband said NO to any more surgery even thought I really need the under eye bag surgery.
Food and exersize are very important, but above all is having a great plastic surgeon! It's simple. All mentioned celebrities had plastic surgery in their 40's except Sandra who had one in her 50's
The value Dr.Raj bring to us with his information ℹ️ is amazing. My favorite thing is the he is so realistic he also explains things in a simple way so we can understand.

Denominator “money” organic food cost too much good brand vitamins cost too much money gym & personal trainer cost too much botox and and face beauty treatment care cost too much the only hope is to have inherited good genes 😩
Elizabeth Hurley looks amazing!!!! Totally gorgeous!
The exercise evidence that is mentioned here is extremely interesting and helpful to me 👍🏻
Great to see PDO threads listed as a normal treatment, not something extreme or cheating.
I ♥️ this informative channel 👏
Thank you
Thanks Doc))) where's a will, there's the way!!!
So true
OMG...this information is fantastic.
Thank you so much Dr.
Most welcome
Thank you for mentioning bio-identical hormones for women. I am shocked at how few people know about them.
Agree
There should be more warnings for hormone shots however!! My mother took thyroid shots to speed up her metabolism and “boost” her skin and it definitely worked but she ended up developing breast cancer from it :(
Also no family history of cancers btw*
@@HLB512 sorry my english bad. she was on levothyroxine. she also was on metabolism boosting shots from doctor i think thyroid related. she kept in fridge and self injected
They have money for peelings, fillers and botox. They also exercise, eat well, don't smoke. Sunscreen! Some don't drink at all. A combination of money and discipline.
Brad smoked, so did Lowe, Sandra also. JLO has a whole different face than when she was younger
Hi Dr. Rajani!,
I have some surgical scars, can I derma roll or derma pen to flatten them?
You are the best doctor. I'm learning a lot from your videos. Gratitude 🙏🙏
Thank you for watching
Money, money, money 💸
Money
I'm pale / fair. Born with red hair, now I am natural blonde with a couple red streaks. I beat my bad genes. Very few wrinkles, eat very healthy, I weigh 120lbs, limit caffeine, lots of moisturizer, no stress, and progressive weightlift daily. I am 42, not a single grey hair. Wouldn't your recommendations be considered epigenetics?
This was so informative. Thank you!
🙏🙏
I would like to add maintain STABLE WEIGHT, large weight fluctuations can also leave you with saggy skin, turkey neck etc- weight stability is right there nutrition and exercise.
I hear everyone saying... Celebrities have money 💸 and that's how they look that way... Money helps sure, but there are ALOT of celebrities who have money and look BAD because they don't look after themselves!... Listen you can buy cheap fitness DVDs and workout at home my favourite Jillian Michaels - buy some weights, you don't need a personal trainer, so that's saving you money. There are so many skin care products out there, sun screen ecs no excuses, buy yourself a blender and spend your money on real organic foods instead of expensive make up or fast fashion... Everyone can look healthier and younger you don't have to be a millionaire, it's all about the lifestyle changes as seen in this video.
Very great points. For many this takes motivation. Your points are perfect and I agree
Genetics has a huge role also.
@@1Skorpia If you do everything in this video, Skin care/sunscreen everyday!, Basic weekly treatments, though you can buy rose oil for £4, slap it all over your face and follow a facial massage routine on U Tube to keep your skin firm and lifted, use Retion at night, vitamin C at day. Exercise daily, cardio and weights, drink a ton of water, take supplements... Don't smoke, avoid the sun like the plague... Ecs DO all this on a daily basis starting as young as possible you can absolutely fight the signs of aging! Botox and fillers should be just a Bonus to your look, they do nothing for your health. None of the celebritys mention in this video look over done, they look like healthy versions of themselves regardless of age.
The best doc wow thank you Dr Raj
🙏🙏🙏
They are meticulous in their lifestyle. But, quite as important is the lighting they stand under/in. The bright lighting that surrounds the face fills in the wrinkles to make it look flawless.
Dr. Raj we can definitely add you to that list! You are one of them, not aging with time🌬️💦💙XxoCheryl
Very kind thank you 🙏
Obviously he have done a lots in his face, look at his cheeks lol.
@@Sophia-js5mr he looks very natural to me?
@@MBT372 yes I agree he looks great
@@Sophia-js5mr he doesn’t deny it, he has a video explaining some procedures he has done to his face, but he’s doing it in a perfect natural looking way .
He looks amazing ! 🤩
Sandra Bullock looks wonderful.
Jennifer Lopez
i hate my oily skin but thats its only blessing ! I look younger...

I am on bio identical hormones so will that help with the collagen loss as well ? I am sure it’s not the same as naturally making it when we are young but I do hope it helps to build it back as well as bone.
Do you need a prescription for that?
@@lisamarierosso2713 yes
Would love a Late 40s tips video analyzing Jared Leto and Jennifer Connelly.
stay tuned
I'm 41 and people still get shocked when I tell them my age too ❤️👌
So happy that I found your channel. Are you in Canada? I noticed the McMaster
University in Hamilton Ontario reference
I was but no longer. Thank you
Sorry, but they DO age. Remove heavy makeup, fillers and all sorts of filters and you will see what they really look like.
Agree! Just look at Jen A without make up and both her and CC looked terrible on the friends reunion show. Not to mention the photoshop on all celebs Instagram accounts 😱
@@msheartface5288 and J Lo too. She was caught on the beach by paparazzi, you can see a typical 50year old woman's face.
@TrzpGzd of course it is.
I have super oily skin so I can attest to that have literally no wrinkles at 41 and I have not been on any hormones had my last ovary taken out at 32 so even though I went through menopause super early no wrinkles, and I wear sunscreen every day. Only thing I do have is under eye bags but I had those in my twenties.
Thank you for sharing
so right
I do my own microneedling at home. It hurts so bad but I’d rather do it myself.. also supplements is the way to go for me because I know I won’t eat right every single day. I’m never in the sun under any circumstance.
They all also have good bone structure that helps hold up the skin.
Adrenachrome and Surgery… No thank you
Which vitamins would you recommend for smokers??
Yes,...they are happy...as have plenty of money...to keep happy..and do what ever they want....no stress.
I exercise a lot, plus it's my job, fitness instructor and personal trainer. In my 40's hollow temples cheeks. I have had 2 vials of sculptra injected. I do look a lot healthier already. My Doctor told me he thought I could stop here if I want to. He did say we could do another treatment another 2 vials, because I'm so lean. I chose to do another treatment. Hoping it's not a mistake!!!
I have done chemical peels, very mild ones, but felt they weren't working for me. Took to long to heal, Rosacea flares were bad!!
I'm wondering if microneedling can work on such sensitive skin? Maybe to chemicals in the peels were to much for me. I just want something to help keep the collagen coming.
The consult is key. Ipl, prf are other thoughts you can watch on this channel
Look into threads. There are quite a few women doing them at home. If your uncomfortable with that definitely talk to your dermatologist. There are other options such as microneedling. Again, check with your MD.
I still have a baby face at 23, but the thing that bothers me are my neck wrinkles. They've been there since puberty. It's just 2-3 long lines, but it's been something I get self-conscious about. I blame electronics tho :(
Everyone has those 2-3 lines across their neck . My 3 year old son has them . Its not ageing
Hi Dr. Can you please do a video on Forma? I love your videos.
