It's of course, they obviously had a lot of expensive treatments we can't afford. But you can't erase age by looking like you have motionless mask on face and there is something in the eyes and corners of mouth that ages you. For me taking care of my skin and having occasional treatments (microneedling, utherapy) is like daily maintenance for your body. The same as working out at the gym, going to the dentist, brushing your teeth, going to the Doctor, daily hygiene, eating right and portion control, taking supplements etc. My elderly mother in her 90's rarely spent time in the sun and hardly has any wrinkles. Personally I'm not going down without a fight and I'm proud of that. I'm 56, 32 waist, train 5 days a week, work full time and have no wrinkles. To each their own but I would never change a thing.

If the type of cancer that's in yr family is casued due to hormones, the natural hormones (as in boosting it from food or such) will also feed the cancer I think. Again, I am not doctor, but felt urge to comment, check with your doc before laborating, natural supplements can be very powerful.💕

They are choices to do or not to. Thanks for all of these choices and how best to use them. At 64 they will not turn back the clock and I am ok with that , but to look even a little better makes me feel better so I guess really at the end of the day these are emotional choices .

I am on bio identical hormones so will that help with the collagen loss as well ? I am sure it’s not the same as naturally making it when we are young but I do hope it helps to build it back as well as bone.

Sorry, but they DO age. Remove heavy makeup, fillers and all sorts of filters and you will see what they really look like.

Agree! Just look at Jen A without make up and both her and CC looked terrible on the friends reunion show. Not to mention the photoshop on all celebs Instagram accounts 😱

I have super oily skin so I can attest to that have literally no wrinkles at 41 and I have not been on any hormones had my last ovary taken out at 32 so even though I went through menopause super early no wrinkles, and I wear sunscreen every day. Only thing I do have is under eye bags but I had those in my twenties.

I do my own microneedling at home. It hurts so bad but I’d rather do it myself.. also supplements is the way to go for me because I know I won’t eat right every single day. I’m never in the sun under any circumstance.

They all also have good bone structure that helps hold up the skin.

I exercise a lot, plus it's my job, fitness instructor and personal trainer. In my 40's hollow temples cheeks. I have had 2 vials of sculptra injected. I do look a lot healthier already. My Doctor told me he thought I could stop here if I want to. He did say we could do another treatment another 2 vials, because I'm so lean. I chose to do another treatment. Hoping it's not a mistake!!!
I have done chemical peels, very mild ones, but felt they weren't working for me. Took to long to heal, Rosacea flares were bad!!
I'm wondering if microneedling can work on such sensitive skin? Maybe to chemicals in the peels were to much for me. I just want something to help keep the collagen coming.

Look into threads. There are quite a few women doing them at home. If your uncomfortable with that definitely talk to your dermatologist. There are other options such as microneedling. Again, check with your MD.

I still have a baby face at 23, but the thing that bothers me are my neck wrinkles. They've been there since puberty. It's just 2-3 long lines, but it's been something I get self-conscious about. I blame electronics tho :(
