what i cook + eat as an office girly 🥪🍜 (homemade meals + what i order out)

here is what i eat in a week working as a tech recruiter in tokyo! this was filmed back when i was still working in the office but wow we've come such a long way, i forgot how hard i used to grind when i was trying to do my office job & social media.
these meals are all super easy to cook and i used to cook these meals a lot when i was low on time! also super easy to meal prep for days in the office. and yes, everything i eat is basically asian/japanese food now haha.
