Omg..I just had a showdown with a narcissist yesterday... this girl I was supposed to meet.. she kept canceling/ rescheduling our meeting and i finally told her off yesterday.. The way she reacted was shocking, but I put her in her place. I felt strongly guided to do it but could still feel the ego mind saying not to be harsh but like you said some ppl deserve it.. I could feel her toxicity in my body.. took about a day to get back to normal but this time frame is reducing.. few months ago I had a similar episode with a narc cousin and it took 2 days.. with time I should be able to bounce back faster. I love people but I truly love my own company. I love being by myself and ok did I obtain contentment and peace of mind. That took a lot of work on myself, courage and determination. 1. You have started enjoying your own company because now you have lots to do in solitude.
2. You don't fear judgement of people and you know how to create discipline around your life. You value your time and others time too.
3. You are more connected with animals and nature. You are peaceful around flora and fauna.
4. Your lifestyle has changed.Eating meat,drinking alcohol, etc will not feel good anymore. You have changed your circle and cut out activities where the consumption of these things are encouraged. Also clothing choices are now governed around comfort and personal happiness rather than people's judgements.
5. You do not like clutter around yourself. You value time and like to have things sorted to save time and put it to better use.
6. You are more connected to source now. Your focus is stronger, your menifestation also works and you do things the whole day so as to stay connected to these raw energies. You accept your life completely,understand life better and have become more psychic and understand very well the super powers human beings hold.
7. You feel increased peace of mind. You feel miracles happening all the time.From duality you move to singularity and feel oneness with everything around.
