Challenges: - Outlast + Whistleblower but be extremely close with the enemy. - Outlast + Whistleblower but you act as you're allergic to blood at first but go insane as a maniac in the end. - Outlast + Whistleblower but you make some parody videos like you did how chris goes to underground lab. - Outlast + Whistleblower but you count the bad words in the game. - Outlast + Whistleblower but play the game with spoon having a lemon in your mouth. Also if possible, play "The House of the Dead "game series. They're also fun.
The most obvious idea is playing Outlast trials. It's new, more replayable, is going to recieve new content in regular updates, and there's very few people uploading content of it to youtube. And you could even play it with subs sometimes. Sticking to the original games... There's not many new things you could do. Maybe using the full map loaded mod. Trying challenges that way, maybe some videos exploring secret areas of the asylum or the village and the school... And what about completing the games having every door bashed by enemies? (using mods for those enemies that do not break the doors) Maybe if more people made custom maps like that one you already played... I dont know.
I think the best thing you can do is play different horror games and have a genuine new experience. There’s a lot of horror games out there and people go to your content for you so to see you react to different horror, games and and stuff like that will be a breath of fresh air. And you don’t know you might get hooked to one.

It would be great if someone made a mod where the main villain is Father Martinᵗʰᵉ ᵇᵉˢᵗ ᵒⁿᵉ, and other patients, Trager and Chrissy want to help Miles escape. Father Martin is too oop, it must be insanely difficult to pass. Outlast but main character is extremely small and slow. Vision distance also limited, hp = 0.001.
Maybe you can do previous challenges that you've done before but with a twist to them? For example: Collect all batteries but with insane+ mod on. Or extreme insane+ all doors open. You can even try speed running them after you played them normally. Good luck Falex, keep up the good work ;)
Outlast on nightmare. the more you move the more speed you get and when you stop you will start to lose your speed. But enemy also getting faster as they keep moving and losing theyre speed if stops like checking lockers beds etc
Falex you can do random run types. For example start the game with glitchless after playing a few minutes set up randomizer that gives type of runs and after playing 5 min if you get noob swich that run if you get any swich that during the game and try to finish the game as soon as possible with random run types
I've seen someone on youtube working on an Outlast level editor and co-op mode so maybe when those come out, you could start doing modded maps or co-op mode/maps with people? idk I thought it was interesting to mention so you should check it out
Outlast insane+ but you need to get every checkpoint less then 2 min. Ad more time for making this up if it will not be enough. For example if you run out of time ad 30 sec and so on for making time be enough for you to go to the next check point but time is setting back to 2 min if you get to next check point. Good luck!

Sadly, burnout and lack of ideas are something that a lot of players that only play 1 game / 1 franchise suffer from. You should definetely try other horror games
could u please try speedrunning individual trials on outlast trials? i feel like u could definitely compete with some of the world record holders on there

falex i have an idea that will make outlast whistleblower way harder (only whistleblower) you turn off ai and turn back on (in this case you turn on disable ai and turn off disable ai again) and do hobble 0.5 trust me you need hobble 0.5 or if you want normal hobble
I think I have an idea, since you've played the game a lot and now you have a lot of experience, why don't you try to arrange with some people or even the same company that made outlast to make a new game but with the same atmosphere and the same graphics as outlast 1, maybe you could come with a good result❤.
Falex i have s idea that make whistleblower (only whistleblower) harder. What you gonna do is hobble 0.6 or 1 and you turn on disable ai and turn off again that ill make it harder trust me
