I had a great time last year doing some dolphin and shark boat trips in Los Gigantes. It was only like 25 euro and you get a free beer and chance to go swimming with the dolphins.

The last time we went on a sea trip from Puerto Colon, we saw a Finback whale come alongside the catamaran. Over 20 meters long. Beautiful sight , marvelous experience !

I was on this boat in January 2006 for the first time, and had a Dutch captain at the time. Till this day I get quiet emotional if I see the Pilot whales. When I'm back in Tenerife I will definitely pick this boat trip again!
You are right about the prize not rising to much. When I did the trip in 2006 I think it was € 20,00 pp.

When I was last over, I did one of the whale and dolphin trips where you could go downstairs it was a glass bottom so you could see into the Ocean. That was incredible

Im near playa las vistas and have a small mobility scooter... any idea if i can get on the local bus to las galletas? Scooter fits in taxi but its a bowl ache getting it in a taxi.
Also does anyone rent automatic car with hand control? Amelias cafe opposite the disabled beach has excellent coffee and breakfast wrap...lincolnshire sausage too.

Its a “vip area” i think an optional extra but i asked nicely and said i was filming the trip so they let us in, staff amazing 🤩

We went on the golden catamaran wasn’t really impressed was last April didn’t see anything had just a roll and didn’t get drinks as it was too rough to get up had extras like video and photos never again.
Thats a shame, no hard sale on this one 😊
