India may sayad 2016 may UP ka ek college ka permission nai tha, fir bhi admission liya aur fir
student ne 3 years tak college classes kia exam dia fir supreme court ne 2019 may permission dia 2016 ka. Not sure about dates. Aur sayad same year may Rajasthan ke almost sare colleges bina DCI k approval ke ya koi public notification k NEET qualifying score k niche admission kia aur unko naam DCI may tha. 😅😅😂 hence nothing matters
