All 3 of these communities have a small number of Pickleball courts, 4,5 and 4 respectively. Unless Saddle Brooke 2 has more courts. SaddleBrooke Ranch may be the choice. I live in a Del Webb community in Rocklin CA with 868 homes, and we have 8 PB courts.

Sun City has a $2400 year activitvy fee. When you get to old to use the amenities, you still have to pay the fee!
Saddlebrook and saddleebrrok ranch are very nice. One downside for me is it's a bit far from shopping and restaurants.

These are for the rich and beware of Robson, high HAO and snotty folks. Hardly Tucson, it’s a 45 minute drive into Tucson.
