Hi, Just for your information. Sapota plant or any other grafted plant should be repotted only to the level of nursery soil. We should not fill soil up to the grafting union/joint as you stated in the video - it will kill the rootstock and the upper portion (scion) will grow or it may die - this is incorrect method of re-potting. Rootstock should be visible at least 4-5 inches below the graft joint. Rootstock should grow roots and supply nutrition to the scion on the top. Otherwise, no point in grafting. If soil is filled up to the scion, then the scion will put roots and rootstock will die. In some cases, scion will get infected with fungus and die. So, plant it only up to the nursery soil level.
