This is based on China's National Trunk Highway System (NTHS) numbering system (expressway): -A-1/AP-1 to A9/AP-9: Origin of Madrid as a radial motorway. -A-11/AP-11 to A-89/AP-89, odd number north-south motorway. -A-10/AP-10 to A-88/AP-88, even number east-west motorway. -A-XX0/AP-XX0 to A-XX9/AP-XX9, spur or bypass motorway. -A-90/AP-90 to A-98/AP-98, orbital motorway. -A-991/AP-991 to A-999/AP-999, metropolitan ring motorway.
