Voices of Hope • Nikki Andreasky (They/Them)

Nikki shares personal experiences around identifying as non-binary (using the pronouns They/Them) and asexual and being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Born as female, Nikki shares the lack of connection to the female gender and to the male gender simultaneously and the understanding that has come over time. Additionally, Nikki desires to have a relationship with a man, but does not experience sexual attraction to either gender.
Nikki further shares their experience with autism and how that has impacted their personal story. They share their testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and of The Family: A Proclamation, knowing that the "words of eternal life" are in the church. Nikki has desired to move forward in faith and follow Jesus Christ because of the faith-building experiences that have come over the years and their personal testimony of Christ.
