I am surprised the under ground cooking technique is not used. Very popular in tropics and other places. Makes super tender meat and veg. You can cook a whole pig!

That pork frying “chiri chiri” sound made me drool for your pork, so I went and got pork belly from my Supermarket and cooked with “chilli powder, lots of garlic and onions, turmeric, cumin and coriander powder, salt and vinegar and white wine. Oh, my goodness, it was fantastic! Thank you for your beautiful video. 🙏🏻
