Both are extremely talented. The difference is that Marcelitos falsetto is the most feminine sounding falsetto ever. Milanos falsetto is really good but it still sounds like a male falsetto. If you closed your eyes you would absolutely swear that Marcelittos falsetto was a very good female singer. He also switches back and forth between the voices so quickly and seamlessly.
