All killer...no filler....just hard melodic rock at it`s best. Into the car, onto the highway, wild bunch in the back and heading for the horizon....man, I miss my youth. (getting 63)
Great Band. Same time as Jake E LEE Band.- Badlands!! When it came out--Grunge Music just took over the Music industry in that era in Time.
Late 89 early 90s.
Great album and great Band Jagged Edge was. With a Lot of great Memories during the Heavy Meatal Rock Day's...
Diving for Pearls, Tall Stories, The Brave: Battle Cries. Overlooked bands.
Whoever was doing the mixing on this did an excellent job....these guys are a lot better than many bigger bands of the time.
Estoy de acuerdo, una producción magnífica, la batería espectacular...
Memories of teenage life. ☺️
Three years after my original comment, I'm back. I bought this album on cassette tape back in 1991 I think it was. I was a little kid who loved rock/metal and picked relatively unknown bands at the time. Even back then, none of my schoolmates had heard of these guys. So melodic and production was on point - I was amazed they werent more famous. But that was when grunge came along and I guess bands like this fell off before even coming on. But their music reminds me a better time in my life. And I come back ever so often to remind myself of that.
Still on first track reminding me of shadow king who were one and done.
2024🤟⚡🔥
So underrated!
Love this album soo much!! The singer reminds me alot of Lou Gramm!
Check out the band Impera - same singer and guitar player from this band. Good music.
@@1EyeInTheSky Matti sings on the Impera albums, but the guitarist (Myke Gray) was never in Impera.
Yes, its like a young more energetic Lou Gramm. Little known fact, Lou sang out of time live and it got worse after his unfortunate brain injury. In the studio Lou is magic!
Kinda reminds me of Paul Stanley
Very true! Was trying to figure it out! Thanks!!
Why the F****k did it took me Sooo f***kin long to come across this band must've been too wasted bk then to have miss this band.... Daaamn Me!! this band kiks serious ass...still sounds new to thz day!! 🔥👽👍🔥🎸🎶🎤🎼🎵
I bought this on CD when it came out. I was really impressed with the album at the time, and it still sounds great to me now, I think it has stood up well over time.
@Branden Combs I do. Just looked and it doesn't look like the originally released version of the CD is particularly valuable now, so not really any reason to sell it.
I have vinyl album
yea obscure bands don't always make it. Digging the first track-- Wonder if I hath found this band before.. Sadly You Call That Art? Benparkdrive and West Water Outlaws didn't make it big big.
Hair Metal Masterpiece
Seen these guys Live at The Bristol Bierkeller..great gig as I recall..Mike Grey is an awesome guitarist..he went on to play in a UK BAND called SKIN..seen them too at The Colston Hall..good times..I've also got Trouble on CD fully autographed..keep rockin' all 🎸🇬🇧🤘..sheeesss...30 years ago..Doh!still stands up as a top notch album today..🎸🎸🎸🤘🤘🤘🎸🎸🎸🎸🇬🇧🇬🇧
Myke Gray does his own stuff now under his own name... still a fantastic musician, in my opinion, he's got even better through the years :) The first instrumental cd is mind blowing and he's currently working on his second album. Really nice guy too, I've met him x
@@shadowpup1001 hi Mac..that's great to know..I will have to hunt down the albums..thanx for the info..Sasha😘
Old school. Honest and nice.
So nice band.
The track "You Don't Love Me" kicks ass. Should have been a "hard rock commercial hit" (back then).
Great Album
GREAT BAND GREAT SOUND .. I SAW THEM OPENING FOR OZZY WAY BACK IN 88' ON THE NO REST FOR THE WICKED TOUR AT THE BRISTOL STUDIOS .. GOOD NIGHT AND GOOD MEMORIES
Great music was replaced by Grunge. And the music industry never recovered!
2q3áaaáaaq3ÁÁÁÁ
Yup! Kurt Cobain destroyed rock & roll.
i agree 100000000000% with you look at what replaced the great rock music of the 70's tears for fears, madonna, tiffany, fuckin bullshit.....
@@jerecdarkheart9186 I thought we were talking about heavy metal.....?????
@Giardia 'beaver fever' Davis Which one? There's a lot of dumb comments on here.
Listening to it continuously....
Nice album.....
Fans of Bad Company will love it too....
Great band
👍 Jagged Edge 👍
I see the similarity.
I wasn’t familiar with this band/record until now… killer. Thank you for sharing!
Too bad this album is not available on Spotify. Have the cd from 1990, Great music.
This is the only album by the band, they had also one ep and a few singles, such a shame, they were really good, thanks for sharing.
Still one of my fave albums today in 2019. I would say it's one of my Top 5 Albums.
Can't stop jammin' this album!! how come it took me so long to hear this?! Why wasn't it the BIGGEST album of that year & considered a classic now?!
dont ya hate that? just started listening to XYZ.... daaaammnnnn
Boy ! This album wouldn´t be a classic today even the grunge stuff. It´s fine but not a classic
XYZ had some smoking material
@@interestingthings8598 agreed
It should have been a huge hit album it's perfection!!
A fantastic rock band - hugely underrated - I loved them!
Excellent album!! Still rock out to the cassette I bought in '91. "Out in the Cold" is my favorite track:)

Out in the cold! Never heard of this band but loving the music so far!
switching from vomiting news, I feel back where I belong ... My hard-Rock Homeland !
finally got to listen to this Album after a long time,
very nice Album,
sad that they weren't as famous and successful as WhiteSnake, Bad Company, Samson...etc.
The label "Music On CD" is gonna do a reissue of the CD coming on Sept 24 2021. You can preorder on Amazon.
LIFE ALBUM, heard it again decades later but love it to extreme !
Not as prolific as Def Leppard or Saxon, yet 100% Yorkshire and live at The Picture Drome, Holmfirth, coming 31st Jan. All of you rockers go there !
Great Great Album
Excelente banda, Hard Rock forever!!!!
A magnificient and splendid album,
An Excellent and exceptional BAND...
Love this Album...
found these guys on a limb i jam to this everyday these guys are good
perfect melody! , Very good sound !!!!! (Hard Rock )
Mano!!!
That's so cool. I'm into bluesy hard rock and never heard that. There are so many gems like that, just hidden somewhere.
Great album, first time that I listen to this! Very underrated band I think
So cliche with the term "underrated"
@@ronykuswandi say cliche is cliche
@@ronykuswandi underrated is overrated.
Wonderful Band, great (Hard Rock)

Добротный хард альб.
These were touring with thunder bk in 91 seen them twice one at Cumbria rock and with thunder in Workington great band
Buenardino Caballero :D
Nice
Cool British band awesome sound and songs, to those fans of this type of music I totally recommend a band called Roxus with the album Night street, not a lot of people know about them but I very sure that once it's been listened to, it will very appreciated.
Max Power I thought of Roxus too while listening to this and some Heavens Edge.
Rockin
They represented glam rock during the early 90s very melodic indeed too bad grunge was on the rise during that time which stopped their poularity growth thereby making these bands under rated🎸🎵🎼🎤👍😁
I can't understand how or even why people went from the "Let's go out, let's find some girls to mess around with, let's have a good time and forget our worries for a while" attitude to "i hate my parents, i hate myself, the world is a mess and it doesn't even matter, depression everywhere".
Plush grunge wasn't the only reason hair metal went underground. Black metal was an another depressing genre of music that became somewhat popular in the early 90s. But unlike grunge, black metal was something like a vessel that kept metal alive in the years of grunge.
@@On_Dust I couln't agree more about Black Metal.
@@On_Dust So Megadeth, Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, even Guns N' Roses are black metal? All of those bands were huge during that time. And let's be real here, glam killed itself. There were a million cookie cutter bands who looked just like this one. I remember these guys. They were ok, but nothing stands out. Very generic and it sounds like a producer got a hold of them and stripped their sound down to basic 4/4 beat and three chord progression. They had the talent to do much better if the band could stay together. A band like the Black Crowes exploded in the '90s, but they also are just much better than this band. Too many bands followed that glam standard and didn't have their own brand.
But truly the vril and there's a lot of you ladies you aren't helping you make or u stronger
cool
