    That entire discussion about self-love was so poignant and 100% true. Loving yourself is so insanely hard and a constant battle for many of us.
    Great interview! I love how deep this podcasts gets and how open the guests are willing to be with Michael. I have been binge watching clips lately and becoming a huge fan of this show.
