Liposuction to me would mean prolonged mobility and more independence. The health benefits such as reducing cholesterol and increasing mobility would be a game changer for me. Currently I have intense back pain, removing excess fat on my abdomen would help with that so much. Or, liposuction on my neck/chin and face could allow me to look like myself again. In the end-for myself, liposuction would mean finding myself again while having increased happiness and positivity. If I won the free liposuction I would likely do my abdomen...but the neck and chin would be especially tempting and may beat out the abdomen in the end.
About to have Lipo in a few days of my abdomen and flanks. Thank you for addressing that it may alleviate lower back pain. I had been wondering about that. My doctor thinks that I could never loose this fat with diet and exercise. I've lost a ton of weight and recently put on muscle but still don't like to take my shirt off. My waist is 35inches which isn't bad but I know after Lipo I should have an even smaller waist. The doctor said I was a good candidate because I look healthy in the face and other parts of my body but just have the bulge around my waist. She mentioned my chest but I showed her that a lot of that is muscle from weight training. I'll let u know how everything turns out in the coming months.
Hello, I am 27 and was diagnosed with hypothyroid and have been on levothyroxine 50mg for a year now, it has been a struggle to lose more than 2lbs, in despite of my diet and exercise 5days/wk. With my thyroid levels being normal now, I am really considering a liposuction but i’m not sure if due to my chronic condition, are there risks?

I want to win this contest because my body's been through a lot since I gave birth to my daughter in 2013. It was a very stressful pregnancy where I lost 10 pounds instead of gaining but exactly one month after I had her, I collapsed on my bathroom floor I was in extreme pain. I was rushed to the er where they transported me to another hospital. It turns out that I had gallstones, severe pancreatitis, fluid on one of my lungs and stress on my heart. I would spend the next week in the intensive care unit. All in all I was hospitalized for 18 days, 15 of which were without any food or liquids until they put a catheter to my heart to feed me through an iv. It broke my heart to be without my baby girl. I lost my milk and a lot of my hair. After the whole ordeal, I'd lost another 25 pounds from the hospital...During my recovery to get better and waiting for my pancreas to heal so that they could remove my gall bladder with a lower risk of killing me...I found myself in an abusive relationship with my daughter's father. Months of enduring the abuse has caused me to gain 55 pounds since then. And although I removed my daughter and I out of harms way and was able to end things before he succeeded in killing me, I'm left with the weight from that low point in my life. Now that I've finally found my happy place again, my body doesn't work in the same way anymore and its been very hard to loose the weight. It would mean the world to me to win this contest. I think that it could help me to finish becoming the person that I used to be before my life turned upside down. Thank you for your consideration

Have you at Myshape Lipo ever had a patient speak to you post-op to let you know there have been changes for them if they've had issues with type 2 diabetes or pcos? I'd love to see if them going through this procedure helped to reduce their symptoms or be rid of medications etc...
On another note:
I am hoping to win the #diamondintherough contest as winner #12 but the puncture part seems to be the only thing that worries me thus far. But I want to win this opportunity to have a chance of reducing my weight to reduce my pcos symptoms, hopefully get some hormone balance going on, reduce or get off meds for type 2 diabetes (thanks to pcos) get off my CPAP and have a chance of living a more energetic lifestyle and to begin a better quality of life including better diet and ability to exercise and sleep better. . All before the possibility of any liver damage from the weight. I just need the jump start to get it all going! Alicia Mc. Thank you!!! I know it's hard when you have apnea it becomes more difficult to lose weight. I don't make saliva anymore...so I don't have enough amylase or lipase.. I guess we get a good amount of amylase from our saliva and since I don't have any I can't digest my food right and have gained tons of weight over the past few years. I look nothing like myself and it feels like I'm lost somewhere inside of myself. That's why I think these contests that Myshape Lipo is doing is so amazing and why I'd be so happy for the winner because that's one more person who gets to peek out from inside themselves and see a positive change in their life. I think having fat removed would make me feel like I've went back in time and seen myself thinner again... and I mean who wouldn't want someone to have such an amazing experience!! Unfortunately heart disease runs in my family! My dad recently passed away in May 2017 at age 59 after suffering with heart attacks and complications of heart disease! At only 27 I recently was diagnosed with high cholesterol. I have been working out more and eating healthier since! I run approx 2/3 miles about 4 to 5 times a week now and I choose healthier meals to eat! I still struggle with my weight and all around I wanna be healthier! My daughter being type on diabetic who is only 8 has no choice but to suffer from a disease she has no control over! I want to be here for as long as I can to help her every step of her way! She needs me here and most importantly I wanna be there! I need this fat gone! I want lipo to be my extra step in my healthier journey!

Where's the proof that it reduces cholesterol?
There are studies that show this and many of my patients have claimed it after their procedure.
