but i think the music matters more, because it speaks for the vocals. vocals are merely an instrument, but they are the most pristine instrument because it will convey ideas musically and literally, and that paired with good lyrics and music makes for an amazing masterpiece such as this song.

Anyone confused about the lyrics? Tried to find a meaning from people in the comments but it's mainly people under-praising the song or completely dissing the song for its lyrics. I feel, personally, this song has the message to continue as you wish to be. I may be wrong, but I like what I get from it. Thanks from ya boi, love this song! James Martin I won't pick up the Bible. There is nothing new there. I've read the Bible many times. That is one of the two reasons I became an atheist (the other one is the behavior of Christians). Romans is the one I mostly quote. Works well to Christian hypocrites, and I meet them a lot. So don't worry I know this all. I just don't believe in it. Why are the followers of Jesus so evil when Jesus is the love himself? Either there are no true Christians, or Bible is not true.
You're ABSOLUTELY RIGHT to an extent. There are Christians that are Hypocritical, but then again so is everyone to an extent. True Christians are NOT Hypocritical, or at least try not to be by admitting to being mistaken when we are. Sometimes we Christians make mistakes (or Sin) but we try to avoid sinning with all our might, but Nobody is perfect, not even Christians for example sometimes our thoughts are unclean and god knows so we repent and try not to make that same sin again, but the initial salvation is what allows you to enter the kingdom of heaven (not the little repentance along the way, but we do that just to let god know we messed up and we are still being true to our salvation)
Now this is where it gets tricky if you get saved and you don't live your life cautious to gods word and allow yourself to sin without true regret you can lose your salvation losing your gift of eternal life in heaven and you've bought yourself a ticket to eternal damnation in Hell with the devil and "His" Demons in a fire-pit. And I care for you and I don't want you to go to hell so hopefully I haven't wasted my time on you. Have a fantastic day!
