- Join us as we head to Europa Park in Germany to get back on all of our favourite rides! In our day one vlog we share on ride POV's from a variety of different rides including Blue Fire, Wodan, Silver Star and much more. We also experience some of the awesome water rides on offer at the park such as Poseidon and Atlantica along with sharing highlights from the Europa Park Parade! Along with that we enjoy some delicious food and capture the wonderful atmosphere across one of our favourite theme parks!

Absolutely love, Europa Park. By far the best themed park in Europe and will never forget the look on mum's face when she got off of blue fire thinking it would be a gentle first ride of the day!

I'm from Germany and live near Phantasialand (I've been there countless of times) and I really want to go to Europapark sometime!! It looks fantastic

Although I’ve never been to Germany and it’s attractions, However I really hope to have a family vacation some point in the near future visiting Germany 🇩🇪 Wow blimey Shawn I wasn’t expecting this much virtual fun, it’s more than I had imagined. Thank you so much for this blog, Wow I must admit I’ve been really looking forward to seeing you both again at this incredible special park, This has got to be by far one of the most bestest European TPWW blogs I’ve ever seen for Spooktacular October. this park has got a huge amount of potential including a huge variety of theming animatronics spectacular views from the very top of the rollercoasters lift tail. the family dark rides themselves were beautiful my favourite was literally the pirates. I did enjoy those virtual water rides including the thrilling rides. I prefer the indoor rides that seem to be relaxing chilling out in the cinnamon aromas. the Park itself is astonishing that’s jam packed of epic adventurousness experiences for guests to explore of riding through various scenery of trees water features, model dolphins there’s so much to process at this magnificent park they’ve worked really hard to maintain it the upkeep too. Good to see the park restaurant cafes a large variation food outlets too. Great blog Shawn. Looking forward to seeing your next Disney blogs I’m intrigued Disney is very exciting

I’ve said this before, the park is so beautiful, and you showcase it to us so well. It just borrows ideas from Disney a little too much for me at times, but would still love to go!

Nothing beats EP on theming, ride operations and shows (although it's disappointing to hear you weren't a fan of the ice show. They shouldn't have talking in it, if it's an international park! Music is universal 😉).
I can't wait to get on the new Piraten ride. The old one was a huge fave of mine when I needed to de-stress during a hectic day of ice shows 😊.

Mine and my daughter’s favourite ride for raving around the cue line and on the roller coaster. Lost count on how many times we went on it at the beginning of this month

Love this park next season i plan a trip to Germany like in april for not get to long waits on the rides
It was one of your earliest Europa Park vlogs which got me hooked on this channel and even nowadays it's the EP vlog I'm always looking forward to the most. Also, I'm jealous! You really got the perfect conditions (great weather with not too many people present!). A couple of thoughts while watching your great vlog:
- Variety: As you've correctly mentioned at the very beginning, its variety of attractions is a key element of what makes Europa Park so fantastic. The sheer amount of different high quality rides (be it flat/family rides, dark rides or (indoor-/water-)coasters) defines this park. In my opinion this is also the one big major point it has over Phantasialand: due to its sheer size the Mack family can just add attraction after attraction to its impressive catalogue without having to sacrifice any older "heritage" rides. As you've also briefly touched upon, I think that the disappearance of the big satellite is bearable when you get a newly themed area including a coaster instead.
- Pumpkins: I just got the e-mail newsletter from the park today and apparently this year 180.000 pumpkins are going to decorate the park ;) The goat covered in pumpkins might have been a reference to "Baphomet"?!
- Operations: The level of operations at EP is world class. Other rival parks would seriously struggle if they had to dispatch that many visitors.
- Pirates in Batavia: I had to skip that part because I haven't seen the refurbished version yet and I don't want to be spoiled ;) I'm glad that you seem to like it though!
- English themed area: My former gf was from England and I give you "three" guesses where we ate at noon. Yup, the three piglets as well^^
--> Personal tip: You absolutely need to try the "flaming salmon" in Iceland if you have the chance. It's slightly pricey but delicious (if you like salmon that is^^)!

It’s world class!
The reason why it is so quite has something to do with that all the german states just ended there summerbreaks and everbody just went back to school. I have been there in August and I never seen it that full in almost 40 years!

Definately looking forward to a Europa park trip at some point!! Me and my BFF chloe are as mad as eachother when it comes to joking about!! Though pirates in Batavia does remind me a little of pirates of the Caribbean at Disney

Europa Park must be one of the most beautiful theme parks in the world. What a fabulous family ride Arthur is such a shame we don’t have anything as good as that here in the UK. This place looks amazing! I'd love to go sometime (if I can afford). Does anyone know if any UK package holiday companies do holidays to Europa-park? Can't seem to find any and wondering if this is a temporary thing due to Covid, or whether you have to book flights, hotel, park tickets all separately? Great video, looking forward to day 2!

Went there myself recently and "Piraten" is definitely the best German dark ride for me now (I mean, there's not much of a competition if we're being honest, but it can also easily compete with what Disneyland, Efteling and Co. have to offer, so...)!
