    Jorgic's tricks worked only in the first two games and then it was a fast skid for him. Ma Long may be past his prime but still hard to beat for almost all players.

    Wide to the FH - Ma Long kryptonite. Reverse pendulum serve to the FH - Darko Jorgic kryptonite. 23:16 world's best crush FH in action.

      @rcc4343 Před rokem +9

      I believe that every minute of his day is planned on that. Then he will have 3 world titles and 3 olympic golds...no one will ever be able to match that record.

      @ShamyTV5k Před rokem +1

      absolutely , only thing that could make him not win is that he gets older and less hungry cause he won it all already

    • @hawnt2r
      @hawnt2r Před rokem +1

      No way. It is not only because of him, being too old by that time, but also because of new players, who are becoming better and better.
      Harimoto, Lin Yun Ju, Alexis Lebrun, and last time, Wang Chuqin is a monster.
      He probably already won't have a chances to win next WTTC

  • @Kaspersky114a
    @Kaspersky114a Před rokem +26

    Jorgic obviously relied too much on BH, and he couldn't handle the forehand corner well enough. To beast ML one has to have no obvious weakness all around or it will definitely be exploited by the dragon.

      @@eddielong608 I don't know man, Darko obliterated Ma Long in the first two sets. I almost felt sorry for Ma Long because he seemed helpless and Darko was way too overpowering.
      Most people would've been crushed in that 2nd game and after that the 3rd game is definitely game over.
      And yet, Ma Long endured and persevered in that 2nd game, that is some miraculous shit if you ask me.
      But maybe not because he changed his serves and tactics and has mental strength above all else combined with loads of experience.
      After that the dragon is woken and it's game over for Jorgic. There's no coming back.
      I almost felt sorry for Darko starting with the 3rd set.
      Why couldn't he just close the deal in the 2nd set when he was way ahead? That question tormented and haunted him for sure.
      Very painful and frustrating match anyway

    Malong is still overwhelmingly strong.
    Only the same Chinese player can beat him, and players from other countries have no chance
    And when he retires, the next Chinese player will be ranked No. 1 in the world again.
    This trend has been going on for more than 10 years now, and it will not change in the future

    • @carrrieho2043

      That's because table tennis is the national sport in China. Can you imagine US losing basketball to other countries? But I think there is still a chance for other countries to beat China, but maybe only a few times, and the occasional gold medal. China sees this sport as an act of pride and we have paid a lot.
