I have enjoyed watching and making some of your recipes but I would like to share an observation. For someone that is folowing keto, which should be a healthier way of eating, you do add alot of sweetner. I understand that there are people with a sweet tooth but eating healthy the sweetness should come down a bit. Try making the same sweet dishes with half the amount of sweetner and see that it's a correct amount of sweetner still. You save more sweetner and you will be healthier to.
Janet, I'm new to channel and its the one I sub to overall * All* ... Do you have a or text for an ingredients to stock up on?... a have "on hand" list? Often am missing one or more things in a Janet's recipe.

Most of my recipes the sweetener can be adjusted to taste and if it can't be it's up to the person to monitor their portion size
