  • Angela invites Leah Blondin of Life Lab Wellness Co. on to discuss all things wellness. Like Angela, Leah is a former New Ager and yoga teacher with a background in holistic health that translated into her new life as a born again Christian. Leah is a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner who helps women optimize their health spiritually & scientifically by understanding specific data points of their bloodwork in order to tailor to each woman's bio-individual needs.
Because Leah has the New Age backdrop, she understands how the enemy has very sneakily infiltrated God's design for biblical wellness in the physical body through pharmakeia, idolatry and witchcraft.
Leah and Angela dive into a bandwidth of topics in this discussion:
-how the church never addresses sinning against the body in the context of gluttony/sloth
-biblical evidence that maintaining our health matters to God
-ways the devil has perverted the health & wellness industry
-debunking the beef liver trend with Scripture (THIS WILL SHOCK YOU!)
    -addressing the issue with over-supplementing
-fertility, blood, mental health, v****** and more
Tune in for this fascinating conversation!

After having two children, I had a copper IUD for 6 years. When trying to have kids again, I had 4 miscarriages. Until, I was prayed for deliverance, and demons were screaming out of me, I received deliverance on my dreams also. An evangelist prayed for me online, and he prophecied that God was going to give me the child my heart desired. Sure enough, a month later, I conceived. My daughter is 21 months old, and I am on my second pregnancy with a baby boy. The devil is after us for sure. The spiritual realm is a battle that we should not take lightly to fight against the evil and principalities. I also studied holistic nutrition in 2016 in California. So I can relate to the topic. Thanks for sharing this message.

There is a book you might find called set the captives free by Rebecca Brown. She actually mentions in this book after delivering a high witch put of the cult that Satanists actually invented IUD's for human sacrifice. It was designed to cause miscarriages and they saw those as a sacrifice. I know of a lot of women who have had the same experience as you and I have helped to deliver women first hand who have had them removed and want to get pregnant but can't. It's very real and often yes, a spirit it attached. I'm so sorry for your losses .. I hope you are now fully enjoying the fruit of your womb in your arms.

I’m not agreeing or disagreeing with eating animal proteins, but what about all the antibiotics in meat? The way meat is processed? Milk? We can’t address the issue with pharmaceuticals and possibly vitamins etc. and then ignore what’s being done to the meat. I think we need to reflect on everything we consume and how much of it, and where it’s coming from.

I was pescatarian for 9 years. It cured my fibromyalgia. I started eating chicken in 2018 and then beef this year. I just cannot tolerate it. My body cannot digest it and I stay backed up for weeks. So I decided this week that I am going back to pescatarianism. I already take a wonderful Zinc supplement. Don’t forget that Daniel was vegan. Daniel only went vegan for a season. him & his friends would not partake of the king’s food because it went against the food guidelines set by God (Leviticus 11) ie hooved animals, like pigs, camels certain sea animals, certain birds like ostrich, etc)
Them choosing to eat just the fruits and veggies (for that particular season) was a show of faith that their health would still be in tact, & even better than those who ate the king’s (unclean) food. & the Lord did just that. Otherwise, he ate meat. Meat that was clean and properly prepared according to Jewish (kosher) customs

1 Timothy 4:3-5 refers to being "commanded to abstain from eating meat, which God hath created to be received..." So perhaps in this fallen world, your body may not be able to tolerate beef, but you can still accept that God gave it to us for food along with veggies. Does that help? I myself prefer poultry but understand that red meat cooked healthy has nutrients I need (I drown it in ketchup).

On the beef liver thing... she was copper toxic, so obviously beef liver wouldn't have been helpful for her. But many people are very deficient in copper and vitamin A, so beef liver makes sense for those people. The fact that liver was used for occultic practices doesn't make liver bad or unnatural or belonging to any other religions, if it did we would all have to accept that we're living with an occultic object in our bodies😅

Us followers of Yahushua always follow holistic medicine and never western. Western medicine is witchcraft. (Pharma)
Instead of practicing health and wellness to sustain our temple, many glorify it as their “god”
Let the Torah guide you to celebrate the feasts we are required and set apart as a statute by our Father Yahweh (Leviticus 23) which pleases Him. Observe the Sabbath (Saturday) (Our “wedding ring” of salvation)
Yahushua observed all 7 feasts while he was here to follow out the will of the Father and die for our sins. Passover, Feast of the First Fruits, Shavuot, etc.. we have 7 feasts. The Last Supper was Passover dinner (lamb) for Yahushua, before he was crucified. There is no such thing as the pagan holiday “Easter” in the Bible, it’s Passover. (Mark 14:12, 2 Chronicles 30:21) Praise Yah, Praise Yahushua, much love.

I’ve healed my immune system and my hormones though a high animal fat high protein diet with lots of organ meats and bone broth. All grassfed from farms I trust. That is the key and I didn’t hear her talk about the differences there.
I found it odd she said that the government wants to push the holistic community into liver, I’m wondering if she just had a bad experience.
The ancestral diet is not mainstream although it is a trend, it actually just resurfaced and people are going back to the old way of eating instead of relying on the sickcare system.
I appreciate all of the info on heavy metals and will be mindful but I didn’t hear her mention that liver should ONLY BE EATEN GRASSFED as the nutrient profile is different and much more compatible with us. I also wouldn’t gorge on liver everyday.
I appreciate the reference to Ezekiel 21:21 but just because they used liver as a divination tool doesn’t mean it should be omitted from the diet given it is the most nutrient dense food on the planet, it is in fact natures multivitamin. For me her argument against beef liver didn’t strike me as hard facts but I will be prayerful about if God wants me to eliminate it and continue to watch my bloodwork.
I would encourage everyone to research the Weston A Price foundation! God bless ❤

I came from a Hindu Krsna childhood. I can to Jesus Christ through Him calling me and my children and through Him healing me as well as a couple of Christian friends praying for me.
As a Hindu we were taught the most horrific things about eating meat, told we were suffer as the animals did if we kill or eat them and all kinds of religious dogma and idolatry rituals.
Since I came to Christ and began reading the Bible myself I learned a lot about diet and what we’re allowed to eat. Ironically even though my immediate family was vegetarian (we ate dairy, no eggs) we started off in our childhood being exceptionally healthy, but over the years our health became a struggle.
My mom sisters and brother all have had thyroid and hormone imbalances. My sisters and I have had fibroids, one sister has pcos and hashimotos disease but we believe that’s related to her getting led poisoning, my mom got a mysterious sinus melanoma. My brother and sister both had mental disorders. I have had hormone issues not as bad but also some thyroid and adrenal issues. I don’t think that’s all from my diet, stress for all of us played a huge part. We went through a lot of trauma and tragedies but I have been skeptical of the vegan/vegetarian diet through my own studies. I eat meat now and have for the past 3 years or so. I did start eating eggs off and on about 3 years before that.
I was glad to hear about the copper. My husband is an electrician and works with copper every day and he’s got some issues that I believe are connected. 😢 so I’m going to look at ways to lower the copper and raise the zinc. We do supplement with zinc.
I want to say that witches are everywhere and they’re seeking out Christians to curse and attack but also they’re doing it to the world. The name of Jesus can cancel out these curses. We need to be praying without ceasing. Prayer to Jesus gives us a spiritual covering and cleanses our food our home He goes before us and makes our way straight. Please don’t be afraid of food or items that may be sacrificed to demons. Jesus can cancel every curse.
    Thanks for the info.

Suffering by denying your flesh daily, dying to yourself daily and for God daily, even if that means the world hating you and suffering like Jesus did is not the same as unnecessary suffering we place on ourselves by acting in our free will, for example: by pursuing New Age. We can make the wrong choices according to our own free will that goes against His, and He can still turn that around, into a lesson, for His Glory. But that doesn’t mean that the painful consequences of going against His will for us is His *initial* will for us. He only lets it happen so we realize that we never needed to suffer in that way, and that what we considered suffering (denying ourselves to being free from sin) is actually a gift. A gift that helps us prosper in life and avoid the eternal fire.
We are lucky that God is gracious. Because if He didn’t use it to teach us, a lot of this suffering would have no purpose at all, unlike Jesus’ suffering, which was intentional and full of purpose.
1 Peter 4 talks about “those who suffer *according to the will of God*” not those who go against his will and suffer as a result, like this former New Age lady used to. Context matters.

Gluttony in the Bible is commonly misunderstood nowadays. It is important to not idolize food, have balance, and we are to take care of our bodies which are the temple, but gluttony is akin to murder and seen as just as severe a sin because the land only put out a certain amount of food. There was balance of livestock of what was needed for the temple, and for sustainability of breeding. If someone ate significantly more than their allotment, it took food directly out of someone’s mouth and they starved and died. Gluttony as described in the Bible is the sin of selfishness at the expense of the life of another.

Another thing I would like to add, is the highlight of God’s wisdom in his creation. He designed every area of the world to provide nutrients for people to thrive in that area.
That’s why going back to what I commented previously listening to gurus that tell you you have to eat a certain thing is not my God’s design people living in Alaska have to eat what’s readily available to them and they will thrive on that diet people in the sub, Sahara Africa, area, or in the tropics, are going to be eating different things . I’ve discovered that when I eat, simply not making an idol eating real food that I cook myself with my hands sourced seasonally I feel my best in the summertime there’s days where I’m sustaining myself on strawberries, because I’m out in my garden eating some eggs, some chicken for dinner, but all of these things are native to my area and thrive when I thrive.
In the winter time, I eat more root vegetables and cabbages fermented foods lots of eggs meat. I eat a lot more meat in the winter time because that’s when the body is repairing itself as we rest and when the days get longer, I eat a lot more carbohydrates in the form of fruits and vegetables, depending on what’s in season. (sorry this is long. I’m doing voice dictate, but my point is I think we are all unique and individual. I love functional medicine, approach of testing and then focusing less on the gurus and focusing more on what has God provided us naturally in the regions that we live.

I think an easy way to evaluate your diet, is if you come home from the grocery store and "have nothing to eat" - meaning bags of beans, rice, grain berries, spices, lentils, meat, etc. Everything will need to be processed by you, in your kitchen. Avoid foods with labels. God bless!

However I keep meeting more Christians that are taking to the natural functional medicine & forming Biblical based practices. 🙏

Thank you so much for this talk and for the work you ladies do. I've done tons of research into optimizing health over the years and started off when I was in New Age but coming back to Christ I still knew that the problems of the Healthcare model exist and I couldn't go back to that so I've been trying to navigate this in a God honoring way. I'm thrilled to see this balanced talk that takes the science and spiritual together in a God honoring way.

I don’t agree with you that God won’t allow you to suffer. He will allow you to suffer look at Job. What did Job do to grant his suffering? God allowed him to go through that suffering some suffering we do calls on ourselves because we’re being disobedient, but sometimes God will allow you to suffer so you can turn your life aroundto his will

It’s called a test. God only tests those he loves. Job showed love to God, satin was trying to break his faith but jobs faith was un breakable. His love and obedience to God was strong and kept pushing for the sake of his Lord so God ended up freeing him and praised him. The moral of the story is how do you act when God testes you?

Ehhhh not sure about this one Angela...., walking in good health, getting some practical tools to consider from a nutritionist, and taking care of our bodies is important. The speaker presented some good things to be aware of..... ANDDDDDD , the speaker Leah Blondin needs to continue her discipleship journey, her journey in sound Biblical understanding, and her journey in understanding what Christ accomplished for us on the cross. God Bless both of you ladies, and be careful Angela of the kind of messaging you co-sign on your platform. God's grace towards you as you grow in your relationship with The Father, in Christ Jesus, by the power of Holy Spirit.

Hi, your comment is vague. Can you be specific with what you issues are with this teaching. Personally I believe this is timely, Christ accomplished all on the cross, but he also said in this world we will have suffering and that he has overcome the world. At the same time we are to be aware of the enemy's tricks so we can be discerning off all things, food included, especially in world where we no longer grow our own food but we at the mercy of industries to feed us. God has given his word for multiple reasons not just the gospel message, which is the main message but 2Timothy3:16-17 clearly states. Neither Angela nor the speaker is creating a new doctrine and adding anything more to the way of salvation. There are so many people in the body of Christ, God lays callings on each ones heart as the Holy Spirit sees fit. As believers we should stop discrediting a teaching which is done to strengthen and equip the body of Christ in these last days. I can also tell that you may have you own doctrinal issues to work through by your comment. When warning, please be decent and do it personally and specifically, backed with scripture.

I am 53 and have suffered from chronic heart arythmia since my early 30s. The root cause of afib is electrolyte deficiencies and no matter how much watermelon and kiwi and veggies i ate, i still battled the afib, especially if i was exposed to warm weather. Perspiration etc causes sodium/potassium loss. In September 2023 i started taking paleovalley Organ supplement and it did help make my episodes less chronic for a while. Your discussion on Ezekiel 21 and how liver was used in occult practices is such an eye opener. I had tried wormwood herb for parasite cleanse. What a number that did on my nervous system and impure strange dreams that only occurred when i took it. Theres a verse that talks about the adulterous woman being as bitter as wormwood. Im so thankful i discovered your talk tonight.

Hello, my husband was diagnosed with afib years ago. I did a lot of research and found out one of the main causes of afib is a pinched vagus nerve. The best way to relieve that pinched vagus nerve is having an adjustment at a chiropractic office. I was floored when I found this information out because most people don't know that it's a pinched vagus nerve! I hope this helps!

@tonyastairs8133 that is so helpful! I was told that my mom ( one of 14 children, she was the 11th) grew up in the 1930s depression Era and had a weak nervous system. I am my mom's 10th baby. And I was bucked off a very large horse and thrown high up and came down hard on my tail bone at age 12. You have connected alot of dots for me in solving my health condition. God bless you and your husband. I heard cold showers help vagus nerve. But I've only tried it a few times over the years. I notice if my afib is bad and blood pressure is high, a foot massage helps calm rate and blood pressure down. I drink Hibiscus tea for blood pressure and I have a vitamix blender that I take a raw beet and lemon and blend with water till drinkable. The nitric oxide in the beets helps open up the blood vessels and increase oxygen. Before I started the beets I could not lie on my back for sleep. I had to remain on my left side. My artery would spasm in my back or right side. The heart doesn't have to work as hard on the left. The lemon has C and the white pith has citrus bioflavanoids which strengthen capillary walls. I try to get organic lemon. If unavailable I use a sharp potato peeler and leave as much of the white pith as possible. I was diagnosed with an unruptured brain aneurysm in 2010. They did CT scan and mri following a transient stroke. I weaned off coumadin and use only cayenne and tumeric and occasionally organic ACV to keep blood clots away.

@tonyastairs8133 I so appreciate you sharing such valuable health information with me. Congratulations on your degree in nutrition. That is wonderful and a blessing for your loved ones too! After my transient stroke in 2010, my body developed alot of inflammation. I think the pharmaceutical meds didn't help. I would notice that omega 6 fats would trigger heart problems so I was afraid to have animal products but didn't understand that grass fed organic animal products would be sooooo much better and safe for my heart. It wasn't until I started having bad memory loss in 2022 that I started to realize I needed more meat and organic free range products. I notice my hormones, menopause symptoms and brain health is much better since I've been getting good quality meat and eggs. I want to look into goat yogurt. Heard its a great source for brain health and vitamin K2. I was told (in 2018) by a naturopath doctor that I was D deficient. So I started taking D3 but without K2 because I didn't know how important it is. Without K2 the body directs calcium into the soft tissue (arteries) instead of the bones and teeth. One of the reasons cultures, who consume good fermented foods like kimchi and saurkraut and especially Natto (fermented soybeans) don't get heart disease is due to the natural presence of K2 in their fermented foods. K2 acts like a traffic director for the calcium in the body to prevent hardened arteries. K1 is very different and helps clotting so we don't bleed out. Thank you, friend, for taking time to help me today. I will look up the lady you mentioned sounds great! You can find me too, on fb, if you search my name under twin falls Idaho. God bless you and your family ❤️

Food is medicine - we don’t all need the same medicine . Our genetic make up, where we live geographically on the Earth, our lifestyle choices, whether they be good or bad, and our parents lifestyle choices influence our health, and I’ve always said it’s common sense - God created a variety of things for us to eat. All of those variables plus any illness as we might be dealing with and depending on where we are At different stages in our life. (Baby vs child vs teen vs young adult vs middle aged vs elderly) it’s absolutely normal for us to have to eat different things or not eat certain things because it’s beneficial to us individually. I shy away from any guru on the Internet that says that this is what you have to eat, and everybody will benefit from this because the everybody part is false.
Some people turn it into an idol of sorts too (and I’m a holistic type of person according to today’s standards I just have a garden and I grow my own food and I try to eat clean and we cook our meals at home as a family)

I love your content and its amazing to hear Christians talk about diet in a spiritual context
That said I have to share my testimony, since changing diet changed my life! Ill make it as short as I can lol
I was sick my whole life and since 11 battled with depression and anxiety along with undiagnosed PCOS, IBS and Ulcerative Colitis and since I was 19 had deep painful cystic acne. Along with all that I started experimenting with drugs when I was 18 until 22 years old, when I ended up in a mental hospital for trying to end it all. I remember Him being with me there. That was 2017.
Even though I turned my life around after that, got a job, stopped using and all that, I still drank often, had super painful menstrual cramps (i would end up in ER often, passing out from the pain), was constantly sick, had horrible skin and also had depressive episodes that had me tied down to my bed for days.
And then 2020 I went full carnivore because I didnt know what else to do.
In the first two months my acne disappeared, I lost weight, my period got shorter and COMPLETELY painless, IBS symptoms improved.
But above else my mind became clear and 3 months after starting carnivore God invited me to Him and I started going to church. Depression disappeared for the first time since I was an 11 yo girl.
Still going strong almost 4 years after and fighting with myself every day but He is always here and that makes it worth something.
To yall who read this to the end thanks for your attention and God Bless

In reference to the “Christian” clothing company that was witches or whatever, I would say that buying a shirt with scripture written on it doesn’t matter where it comes from (for the purpose of wearing). Even if it didn’t have scripture on it, why would you as a believer be susceptible to curses made on clothing? That may be the bigger issue. Clothes are just clothes. Even if someone “curses” the clothes, if you are a redeemed believer who has the Spirit of God dwelling in them, “cursed clothes” will not affect you what so ever.

I agree people with iron deficiency beed to find the root cause. One cause can be lack of bioavailable copper though, because copper is needed to transport iron and keep it moving instead of being stored in the tissues where it causes problems. Vitamin A is needed to make copper bioavailable, hense why beef liver can be so helpful for people with this type of root cause for anemia.

Neither one of them did any bloodwork, and if they would had done so, they would have discovered that I had severe kidney damage. Of course, I believe that Jesus is my healer, and have prayed and have had people pray over me! I am standing on the word in faith, and the circumstances are right now that I need a kidney transplant. I am so encouraged to hear that you, as a natural health practitioner, do bloodwork! Just want to jump in and say that beef liver used to be a very common food on the dinner table :) Only in the past 40 or so years have we stopped eating it. Granted, we did not eat it daily or weekly, but as often as we would go through an entire animal. Occasionally enjoying liver and onions or using desiccated liver to quickly treat anemia short-term will not cause toxicity problems. And please don't read opinion into the text of Scripture :) Ezekial 21 does not condemn eating liver but condemns the practice of divination. Christians don't chop off our hands because pagans read palms; we don't stop drinking tea because pagans read tea leaves. Romans 14:20b says, "Everything is indeed clean, but it is wrong for anyone to make another stumble by what he eats." In application to the liver conversation, this would mean that liver (included in the "everything") is clean but eating it in the presence of someone who believes it to be unclean could cause that person to stumble. Bless you all, always pray for wisdom and discernment, and delve into the text of Scripture to verify any claim.

This is something the Lord has been bringing to my awareness. To not buy anything that is not ethically sourced or tied to human and sex trafficking. I have been sick for a very long time and I realized that what is making me better is following this advice. I also was told by God that I had bio-unavailable copper. This was right before I went into a psychosis. It took me years to get out of it. I am still unwell but WAY better as I have followed the Lord's voice. I am praying that finances will get better soon so that i can afford more natural healthcare :). I also think there is something to the thing you said about the heavy metals and parasites being tied to demonic activity. I have wondered this myself. It feels that as you remove these from the body it removes demonic activity and vice verse, if you get deliverance and remove demonic oppression interestingly enough many find that fluid start to come out of their body. They have it come out of their ears, nose, they might vomit, spit, or need to poop all of a sudden. I know it's demons coming out but I think it also might be some of those physical things also like heavy metals and pathogens. I can't say for sure of course but it makes sense to me. Blessing sisters! Appreciate your CZcams and testimonies!

I can’t take this anymore! Prayers everyone please and prayers back to you all.
This is stuff I need to learn. In march 2012 I woke up to a severe panic attack I’m told at least. My whole left side was numb. In also march of 2007 when living in Alabama I wrecked and fell asleep and drove off a 20 plus foot bridge. That’s what originally started my stomach issues and worsened my anxiety which I’ve had always from childhood trauma. In 2013 or 2014 I got atrial fibrillation. I was 340 lbs. also, that panic attack from 2012 I’ve never came out of. I started getting extremely intuitive with my body. I felt and feel every little movement and literally blood flow. In January 2015 it got too overwhelming I started vomiting. I’ve now vomited daily for 9 years and never to lose weight, but I went from 340 lbs to 110 lbs now and I’m 5ft 11in tall. I don’t want to die and have had a preacher call my name out and said God is going to use me for many things and it won’t be easy. I will say this all brought me close to Christ and humbled me praise God and I have faith I’ll be healed. I tried vegan, but I now have an extremely slow digestive system and can’t digest veggies hardly. I sing and want to do Christian content, but the vomiting rotted my teeth out and I can’t afford dental. I’m so exhausted and bedridden from this and I’m trying to slowly start moving around and fighting it.

Before God came into my life, I was sick all the time I was taking a bunch of supplements I was always trying different diets, eating unhealthy, processed food, on very in my opinion dangerous birth control and without realizing it, God changed my heart posture and now my diet and my health is so different and I am so much healthier according to doctors, according to how my body feels and responds, my weight is better, My skin is better! I’m no longer on birth control as well which definitely affected the hormones and my overall body health. Hearing everything you guys have had to say, has caused me some convictions with my current diet, and his made me interested in wanting to delve deeper into the things that I’m eating, consuming, and how that affects me on a biblical standard, as opposed to a worldly standard. thank you so much again Angela, your solo videos, and videos with guests always bring a word of knowledge and a good conviction Thank you and praise God!!!

I love your videos. The liver thing though, I don't agree. Liver is not fatty and is very lean. It also does not contain toxins, it's the fat around the liver that holds toxins. Grass feed beef liver once a week or so is helpful. You guys saying the liver is occult oriented doesn't apply here as food. But thank you, and I learned a lot. Also, if you look at many cultures or wild animals, they go for the liver first. Even in early usa the liver was prized. They used to throw out muscle meat. So interesting though

This nutritionist was plugging her company just a little too much and I am praying for her because she really dropped the ball (didn’t once mention) about the most important dietary protocol the bible recommends.
The most efficient and effortless way to heal the gut microbiome is through raw milk and raw honey fasting. There’s a reason the old testament describes it as “the promised land”
All things good come from a land that flows with milk and honey and she really should have mentioned that

Nothing is perfectly understood by anyone but God, but he gives us ways of understanding his creation and systems that are meant to operate the way he designed it, even to the best degree we can after the fall of original sin. Please explain to me: around a 35 minute mark before an after she talked about Veganism is a diet High in copper, and that there are times for example, when one has cancer that you might want to stay away from protein stay away from meat. But then she goes on to say that people who have cancer and who have tumors (that she has done bloodwork on) have high copper levels. so going back to the part where she said that a good time for one to be a vegan and I’m paraphrasing is when one has cancer. But then wouldn’t copper levels continue to go even higher? So I’m a bit confused by what I just heard. Maybe somebody else can help me to understand?

Red meats are the most carcinogenic foods in the world, causing cancers and all of the leading diseases. Follow the money, they are recommended and funded by like MacDonalds and pharmaceutical companies, legit to keep you sick and profit off your sickness. They feed you red meat in hospital even. Honestly I believe a whole food plant based diet is the most healthy as a foundation.

1:16:10 HARD DISAGREE. Some tools are *fallen angel knowledge* and they’re never meant to be used by us. Be VERY careful with that way of thinking. Not everything can be reclaimed or repurposed for Christ, because the extend of those practices and tools are simply demonic.

While "vibration" and "energy" may not be "bad", they ARE words used in the new age vernacular so I believe it's best to use different terms for the purpose of distinguishing between one or the other. No mixture because God hates mixture.

I got to say as a Christian woman I think that we need to be very careful of downplaying other peoples personal experiences. When we say I’m a put this out here and I don’t care. You can’t downplay the fact that this woman feels as though her experience with the holy spirit told her she was going through that for a reason absolutely that’s a part of her testimony I don’t feel as though that was OK to be downplayed.

My gut would advise dropping all of the "knowledge", frequency, and energy things because they arecso connected to pagan spirits. Jesus will prove what is spiritually clean and approved by Him - this is why reading the Bible for yourself is so important. In particular, Exodus. Leviticus, and Deuteronomy so you know what God's laws actually are. The more you familiarize yourself with God's truth. The easier it will be to identify falsehoods and counterfeits.

I really and I mean this with all due respect do not believe or receive people claiming holistic lifestyle is biblical you can literally live a healthy lifestyle outside of “holistic” just remember we live in a cursed world and cursed bodies and until Jesus returns nothing in this realm will ever be perfect so to equate holistic with Christianity or being pure it does not mesh with scripture or if you want to live healthy do you and you should but just no this holistic thing is not a biblical doctrine

  • @shannonjones7987
    @shannonjones7987 Před 5 měsíci +3

I get the feeling Leah needs to dedicate more time to maturing spiritually and learning about God and His word.
26:29 - 27:21 This was a very bad comparison. Remember, Jesus is God, the creator of all things. That being said, he isn't "channeling energy into the patient using touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body". Our nature has no choice but to obey Him, because he has authority over it. Manipulating energy is a New Age term. Even though she's not wrong that we produce energy for our bodies to function, when it comes to God, it's not about manipulation but authority.
32:45 - 33:55 I'm currently studying nutrition at university and I'm confused. When she referred to proteins, did she mean meat? Because there are many plant sources of protein. Just because someone is vegan or vegetarian doesn't mean they don't eat protein. I'm not saying go vegan or vegetarian. I'm just saying you protein doesn't always equal animal products. Also, don't just go vegan if you're diagnosed with cancer. Go to a dietitian who specializes in diets for cancer patients. What you don't want is to lose any extra weight during treatment, because it can worsen your health. Diet can HELP cancer treatment, but there's no solid evidence it can cure it. Oh, and if you don't eat any protein for long enough you will die.
48:07 - 49:33 Are people who eat beef liver doing any of that? Didn't God create those animals? Human beings can use anything to try to predict the future (tea leaves, coffee grounds, stars) it doesn't make God's creation evil or demonic. It just means they're putting their trust and giving power to creation, which is also wrong.
    50:36 - 50:44 What is clean DNA?
56:55 - 57:42 DON'T EAT RAW MEAT. It's a huge health risk for food poisoning.
Now, most meat we buy at the supermarket/grocery store doesn't have blood. During the slaughter process, almost all the blood is drained out of the animal. The red liquid that comes out of the meat is water and myoglobin. It does look like blood, but it's the red color of the myoglobin.
Right now I don't have time to address all of this, but honestly, seems like she's still mixing some level of New Age concepts here. Still, I recommend reading 1 Corinthians 8:1-13. Here Paul basically says that as a Christian people can eat anything that is sold. HOWEVER, we shouldn't eat IF it causes our brother or sister (whose conscience is weak) to fall into sin. So if it's causing a brother or sister in Christ to sin, then don't eat foods that are controversial. But, if it's for your health, eat it without concern, just not in front of those people lol
