Quickstepping with Janie

  • Janie, my gymnast who hurdles once a week, had a good spring season and is now getting ready for next year. Yesterday we did some quickstep drilling just to get some reps in and develop some muscle memory. Still lots to work on in terms of technique. Hurdles are 22 feet apart for the reps over 30s, and 23 feet apart for the reps over 33s. It’s 32 feet to the first hurdle.
