Glad to see the progress king. Lately ive been shifting between synchro branded and this somewhere between 40-45. What are thoughts on Duality?

Have you considered just building the main deck around thrust and fusion duplication?
honestly yeah, I was doing that last format but I'm not too sure how good it is now. I really like that play though and I think thrust is a viable option
If you use maximus in the mirror, wouldnt they just send sprind/titaniklad to summon albaz in the ep and make mirrorjade? I feel like if they do that, then you wouldn’t be able to puppet lock them.
It’s for sure terrible in the mirror and if you have literally nothing but nadir for Maximus then yeah it’s rough, but so far in testing Maximus has won me wayyyyy more games than it’s cost me so for now I think it’s a solid option
@@kuribohoverlord2432 I see. So if it is game 1 blind. Would you always get maximus off nadir? Or only if u cant resolve branded fusion?
@@jasonbai7688 I’ll almost always only resolve Maximus if it’s the only play or I have a way to stop whatever effect they use

Maximus is a bad choice in my opinion, really strong but can be auto kill

Not sure if just Nadir gets you there in this build unless I'm mistaken of course🤔
I think Nadir just provides you possible further extension of your Branded Fusion doesn't get ashed or gives you a Mirrorjade if you do get ashed, assuming you only open up Branded Fusion and Nadir of course
Sorry my g .. I followed you after the 3v3 and listened to your logic .. but the puppet maximus is really not it .
I’m off of Maximus now. It was solid tbh, but I needed the space. Didn’t backfire very often but I found it clogging up hands sometimes. Same for dark magician. Puppet though has been amazing for me im not sure why people don’t like it very much
@@kuribohoverlord2432 have you theories on duality ? Me and my buddy are testing it at the moment
@@deanoxd968 The card is super cool, but I'm a bit worried about the clogging right now. Consistency has been the number 1 issue for me tbh and duality just adds to that. I think the card has a lot of potential though, if the format becomes slower or there's some sick support then it could become ridiculous
@@kuribohoverlord2432 yea I played at my locals last night I went 4/0/1 and came first . I didn’t use it and the games I had it was a brick .. I even tried utilising it to the max playing fleur with ecclesia and nadir .. but post game 1 I had 9 cards to side out which tbh helped me alot in that regard
