A little health and safety wouldn't go astray. Cross contamination with raw meat is a serious issue. Using the same spoon from the jar onto the raw meat is out right dangerous. A lot of people watching your channel would be influenced by the way you do things. You cook lovely food so try and impart safe practices.

It look like haddock to me but maybe in Trinidad cod look different. Here in the USA cod has a very white flesh n haddock is almost like a steak with thick skin. Anyway awesome job!!! Stay safe❤️
