Slavens car runs 5000 wheel horsepower this car had 2850whp in this run and still did the 1/8th 172mph in 4.58sec so 5000hp(3.62) vs 2850hp(4.58s) something tells me a 5000hp Gtr would be faster but well have to wait and see cause with 1/8th mile racing things are a lil different

Ryans fireball camaro currently 1# on street outlaws runs 3.81@205mph in the 1/8th mile and big chief runs 4.31@172mph to 3.95@200mph and this Gtr runs 4.55@172mph so yeah the Gtr would lose badly

Nic, I will admit I wanted to pile on and say your a taco shy of a combination plate. but that wouldn't helpful. at the Drag strip in a heads up race format. the green light does tell both driving when to go. their are light beams at the start,that's how the TREE knows both cars are equally lined up. once the light is turned on you can't leave before the green light,if you do it turn red immediately and you loose. the time measured between green,and your reaction leaving the sensor is "reaction time" AFTER that the ELAPSED timer starts, at the end of the Qtr,there is another light beam stopping the clock. that is the ET.
so in a match race, the winner is to the other end first. a better RT (driver start) can overcome a faster ET (car time) if the race is close. got it?
in this video, the GTR wasn't racing another car, so the driver could care less about RT, he just went when he felt the car was ready. so he could get the best ET. that's what car fans want to see.
