@tech singh Even when I ride motorcycle or am travelling outside city precincts, my Amazfit GTS 2 mini counts as a step. Earlier I thought maybe because I disconnected the phone, but this also occurred even when phone was connected. How do I fix this??

I am not able to connect my existing amazon account in zepp app. It is says "The new email address you have provided is already in use on another account. Please use a different email addres or change the email address on the other account if it belongs to you". I have 1 echo dot and a smart plug associated with my account. I want alexa to switch on/off devices using my watch.

Just updated my GTS 2 to firmware version 4.0.1.5. Alexa menu is active in zepp app but there is no Alexa functionlity on the watch....Am I missing something?
Just deinstall the Zepp App and reinstall it again. Then Alexa appears on the watch

Sadly, There is no use of Alexa on this device. It only works when Zepp application is opened or minimized on iOS. What's the point of having Alexa on watch, if I have to open an app on phone every time I want to use Alexa. :(
