  • Good to see you guys in Portugal 💯
    What to do in Sintra?🙂
    I will show you, let's explore Portugal together!!!
    This episode gives me goosebumps!!!
    Place which we are visiting is Epic, epic and once more EPIC!!!
    IT IS .......PRAIA DA URSA 🌍
    Praia da Ursa is a beach located near Cabo da Roca in the municipality of Sintra, Portugal 🇵🇹 Given its proximity to the cape, it is the westernmost beach in Europe.
    It was considered by the Michelin Guide as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Access is very difficult and dangerous.
    Once on the beach, the view is amazing, with the rocks marking the coastline. During low tide it is possible to discover contiguous coves - Palaia, to the south, where barnacle fishermen are frequent, and Pesqueiro do Abrigo, to the north. Prepare for an hour of walking (hour and a half for the return trip), properly equipped with a good pair of boots, food and drink.

      @@millionplacesoneworld How hard is it to walk up and down the path? Are some parts more for mountaineers, or can any normal human do it?

    • @millionplacesoneworld
      @millionplacesoneworld  Před rokem

      @@olasparen6955 This road in my video is bit harder, there is one little bit softer 👌 But I think anybody can go there, for me it was about 30 minutes down and same up, some parts are tricky, but there are ropes you can hold on. Only downside is that if you take refreshing swim in the ocean, then by the time you get back uphill you are already sweaty 😁

    Hello! Looks amazing❤ How do you think is the place safe for girl trip? We think to have one beach day while travelling to Lisboa. Is it a good plan? Or will it be too much for one day? 🙏🏻 Also is the route to come down to the beach safe?

    • @millionplacesoneworld
      @millionplacesoneworld  Před rokem +2

      Yes, it is perfectly safe, going down is about 30 minutes and up little bit longer. On your way down you need to be careful and hold on to ropes in some places, but this beach is 100% worth the climb 👌 I've heard that this beach is unofficially nudist beach, but I never saw naked people there 😀 From Lisbon this beach is about 30-40 minutes ride with a car, it is right before Cabo Da Roca. This beach is more of a adventure day, if you want more relaxed place try Praia do Guincho or any other beach in Cascais, Carcavelos(bit crowded) and Oeiras. 😉👍 Hope this helps!

      If you are not in a hurry, then about 30-40 minutes down and the same back 👌

    Hello! It's amazing! We have a plan to trip there. What is the weather like at this beach in February? Is it possible to get there in winter?

    • @millionplacesoneworld
      @millionplacesoneworld  Před 6 měsíci +1

      Hey 🖐The place is amazing in summer, in winter, all the time. It is hard to predict what weather will be in February, but usually it can be already very warm. 🙂 I would say it will be from 15-19 °C during day🇵🇹

    • @millionplacesoneworld
      @millionplacesoneworld  Před 6 měsíci +1

      And yes if in February there will be no heavy rain it is possible to hike down, if it is raining heavily- rocks can get on the loose side 👌

    Is the place usually very crowded in September or is it a good spot for maybe chill a bit and have a swim? Also is it reachable with public transport or is it better to take a taxi?

    • @millionplacesoneworld
      @millionplacesoneworld  Před 9 měsíci +1

      I think if you are going in the morning, it will not be very crowded, it will definitely be less crowded than beaches in center. I love this beach for swimming and relaxing. Since it is next to Cabo da Roca, yes there are buses to this place, but anyways be ready to walk down this beach for around 30-40 mimutes and same up 😁
