Does it support paper width lower than 80mm?
I'm not sure. There's no mechanism to hold a 58mm paper roll inside the bay. I have only used 80mm thermal receipt paper. Cheers.

One of the reasons to use network printers is to have multiple printers and have printers in the distance. Yes you can.
Can you share the link to the driver. and tell us which sirius to choose when installing for network cable.
The drivers come with the Printer on a mini CD. I usually direct connect Printer Network Port to POS Terminal Network Port. Also use a router if I have more than one printer.

Browser and Printer has to be on the same subnet for them to talk to each other, basically. So, first you need find the current IP of the printer and bring your network to the same subnet to access via web browser or to use the config windows application.

First thing I would check is if your paper is thermal paper. If it print the correct length of the test print but only not print anything, could be a problem with the printer.

but if you have many printer in one network then what should we do ?
You should set different static PIs for each printer on the network. Otherwise you have IP conflicts obviously.

Highly likely the printer is set for DHCP. Check this information on the test print again. Connect the printer into a router. Wait for few minutes and try the test print. Once you have access, you can change it to a static IP. Good luck.
refuse to connect
It's really simple. Find the IP of the printer by getting a test print. Get your PC on the same IP range. Then just browse IP address of the printer on a web browser. Ping the print IP and see if it resopnds. Cheers.
