- So the journey of moving to Dubai continues and in this vlog we talk about how choosing Dubai School went for us. One of the things everyone is interested in when thinking of moving to Dubai is the cost of living and the the Dubai school cost is a big consideration. Especially when you are moving from UK to Dubai or somewhere similar where the cost of School is free, unless you go to a private school of course.

Thanks for the info guys. What would you say is the cost bracket for a school in Dubai equivalent to the public school standard in the U.K?
Couldn’t really say, the school they go to now is miles above the standard of the school they were at in the UK.
Thanks for the information. Is it true that all students in Dubai MUST learn Arabic regardless of where in the world they are from and regardless of which school they attend?
To be honest, I couldn’t answer your question honestly on this as we haven’t done enough research on this and wouldn’t want to give wrong information on this. They learn Arabic in the current school. It’s helpful for them to understand it as we live in Dubai.
if you are non arab, you take arabic as a second language (like french or spanish) up until year 11/grade 10. After that you dont take arabic.

Do you get discount for child 3 and 4?
Yes we do, most schools have discounts for the 4th child onwards.
