In a style similar to the Glee version, Westborough High School Mixed Chorus sings "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey. A Westborough TV video production.
we are singing this for our chorus concert. only the solos get the main part for a while though so we sing da da da for a long time....we sing it so much they just stopped writing it in the music!
im doing this song 4 chorus!! my class doesn't sing at all lol and we're in elementary school! 5th grade and when we first ran through it no one was singing even though like half of the people voted for it
we're doing this in my school choir...but with our version everything other than the da da's and the end of it, is a solo. we had try outs for the girl part today, i tried out for it, and honestly i don't mind if i get it or not, ALOT of the girls in my choir wanted it...i just hope the person who gets it isn't going to start rubbing it in other people's faces. :/. that happened one time last year with a musical we did with the drama class.
@Bens79 Hey I didn't say it was a horrible pile of manure, haha. Seriously though, it's not awful by any means, just didn't feel it. Probably because I'd been watching videos with more experienced performers/singers in them previously. Check out Clef Hangers and Perpetuum Jazzile. Didn't mean to offend :o)
The mica weren't turned up enough and the soloists were forced to sing too loud! It was horrible because you could tell they were straining their voices...
@musicalbethan that trumpet has got to go! they should ahve sang all together the whole time without leads... noone good enough to compliment the song except the second lead female sh wasn't bad... or at least she looked happy :)
personally, i am disappointed that this over rated, octave down version of don't stop believing has taken off like it has. I mean for god's sake do i belong to the only choir in the country that is doing the song any justice?! anybody can sing this song an octave down, or in a lower key. But it takes talent to belt out a high Bb!
I see this was recorded 12 years ago...but it sounded like 2021 to me!!! AWESOME JOB TO ALL!
I AM PROUD TO BE A PART OF THIS SCHOOOL:)
i was in that preformance
less talky, more singy

The chorus should also have a background harmony.

@motokokusanagi85 maybe because theyre high schoolers
soloists were outsung by the rest of the band.... apart from that it was wicked! really good! loved the band too!
The singing starts at 1:11
@motokokusanagi85 criticizing high schoolers ... lol. real cool bro
@winxclublover9327 that is pretty funny
Oh and the guitarist should REALLY practice his timing. More accuracy, less showy offy!
Need better leads but this was AWESOME!

Wow the lead guy in the beginning sucked, the girl was okay. And the second lead guy and girl were AWESOME!

the choir did an awesome job, but the leads... should just.. stop singing..
I wish they would take this off,... worst solo of my life
