May I ask how you feel about the Garret Wilson now after he broke out vs Cleveland?
Garrett is going to be a superstar. I can't believe we got him! The last receiver I really wanted coming out was Odell whom I was convinced was going to be elite. Garrett's game reminds me so much of Beckham. I'm so excited for the season to start
!!!! This is exactly how I feel! I wanted Odell so badly that year and was convinced he was going to be an all time great (which I think he would’ve if it weren’t for injuries and baker) but I was so upset when he went to the Giants.
Since then I haven’t seen any WR come out that reminded me of Beckham… until Garrett Wilson. Skill wise they’re almost identical and he seems to have a great head on his shoulders too. A real down to earth, humble, hard working kid. The idea of him and Elijah playing in green for years to come with Zach under center makes me as hopeful as I’ve been as a Jets fan since 2011.
He's basically Odell without the Drama. Now instead of having Jeff Smith or Keenan Cole , we have G. Wilson on the field. Major difference ! Zach is going to have fun

@@lt6245 I firmly agree. I've never doubted Mr. Douglas nor Mr. Salah. The players they have recruited are far better then the cards we have been dealt for the past 10 years, before Mr. Douglas came to us. Let alone getting Mr. Salah! We are finally heading the the right direction and I can't thank them guys enough.
They have created a culture where players from other teams would'nt mind even playing for us! That for me,..... means alot!!!

I had the privilege of taking my 8 year old son to our first game together on Halloween last year against the Bengals. My son was a Lions fan cause he loved the way Matt Stafford played in previous years. Long story short,..... after losing my voice my son kept chantin J-E-T-S JETS JETSS JETSSS!!!!
Now he's a Jets fan. I couldn't be more prouder for that! I'm looking forward to watching every game with him this year and hopefully take him to another Halloween game. Enjoy the season @L T

The next Jerry Rice of the league, this guy is gonna be great for years.
If JJ was their 8th rated player in the draft, Garrett at the very least had to be rated 7th. I wish there was a way to see who the jets had rated in their top ten. Our three first rounders were some of the best if not the best at their respective positions. Sauce > Stingley, Wilson > London imo and JJ was rated a top edge rusher. Landing JJ at 26 made draft night special for me.

Williams might be the best WR longggg term in that draft.. i think Garret Wilson is the best plug and play…. Williams is just so damn fast and explosive with great hands but I love the Garrett pick !

@@carmine_ I hope so, I think elijah moore as our versitile Y receiver with Olave being a threat taking the top off of the defense and Corey Davis as a nice strong possesion receiver (if he can hold on to the ball). I think Olave is a better fit.
