- TVL is a tough metric for Cardano, and it does not accurately represent the staking ecosystem within the Cardano blockchain. Cardano's TVL should be atleast $11B, and it should rank as the 3rd largest staking marketcap of any crypto L1. These are some big numbers for Cardano and its ADA coin.

I have ADA staked earning 100 ADA every five days, but some of my other coins have pumped in price much more. However, Cardano is still my favourite ecosystem.

@@dawsonallen As the video states, $11 billion dollars staked in ADA, that is why it's a top 10 coin. Many people around the world see the benefit of Cardano as you own your coins. Power to the people not the VC's looking to lock you up in their invested projects.

TVL is such a stupid measure. Its equivalent to saying we only measure term deposits not total savings accounts in Tradfi, that's not how we measure savings rates in the real world.

You can't call Cardano's staking as part of TVL. it doesn't make sense. You hit the nail on the head when you said, is TVL even a good metric? The answer is no.

@@dawsonallen Because the chart says so. Cardano tech amazing but tech doesn't drive price. All critical support levels have broken down and continuing to make more lows. Lucky to get back to $2 this cycle
