I watched a documentary on her…it showed that she was not using the donation money on children but for herself. The children were not taken care of. They were basically saying her whole image was a facade and the real conditions of the orphanages were horrific, that she basically put on a show for the public to look like an Angel but was really working for the devil. I don’t know the actual truth. This is just from a documentary I saw that wanted to expose her and the “truth”.

I think i would also feel disconnected while witnessing such suffering with not many who have in abundance discerning it. Its enough to make one feel discouraged. I met her in Cebu City, Phils when she visited our School ( Catholic school for girls), i was 12 or 13 yrs old. Was able to bless her hand ( amen). She was our guest speaker.. i was amazed by her humility, dedication ( as servant ) & faith in God inspite of... She wants to make these people dying in the streets to feel dignified that they are loved, loved by God. She only hold on to God. She said " i want them to die loved & with dignity. That experience will be forever in my heart. Im now 62. And consider it a grace i encountered her. Thank you Lord.

What did you find out? Was she really worshipping Satan? Was she trafficking children? I never, ever got a good feeling from her. When I was a little kid, she was on a television show, maybe weekly, I'm not sure. But, I do remember observing her for a time, because she was so creepy. And I just felt like she was a meanie. I knew that she was supposed to be holy because I asked about her and as a child, I struggled to convince myself that she was a very good woman. Turns out, my child discernment wasn't really off the mark.
You can find the same sin in yourself. You may not like parts of yourself as well. I, myself, do not believe in saints but I do believe in martyrs. Saints imply near to total perfection as a human being while martyrs offer themselves totally to their chosen cause to the point of self sacrifice.
Reading the comments and after listening to the video it seems to me that St. Theresa had a long life with a close up and front row view to all that was displayed in opulence adorned in most of the Catholic churches in comparison to what was being experienced in those orphans and slums. As a more matured and studious woman she would've been able to discern if the church leaders were demonstrating what the Bible requires of those in positions to give. Furthermore, If she had knowledge about abuse of young girls and boys or nun, at the hands of those in positions of care who weld power it wouldve been risky to her livelihood and if she had tried to pray about these misdeeds and didn't see much change then it had to be disheartening. I think, put myself in her shoes, what if I had been an 18 year old girl with limited knowledge of the world and how things work in an adult world of power and secrecy, would I have known how to keep silent so that I could continue to assist as many as I could or blasted my mouth and gotten ridiculed, called a liar, libeled or ended up dead. She was cut off from her family, personal friendships, and all outside Networks to include phones and social media. Except she was allowed one letter to be sent once a month which was monitored before being mailed out. Even Communications with other colleagues in her order was limited. If she was and yes she was indoctrinated as taught by her Catholic belief. So, if she had any hard questions and didn't know how to get in depth answers then what was she to do?!. I think the end of the video is one of Hope because she had a medical hospitalization maybe a Christ encounter occurred and once she recovered she couldn't speak well but she was asking for Jesus and not Pope Francis. They responded to her by giving her the communion yet, I believe HE had an encounter with her and she actually recognized Him, and she believed on HIM genuinely and got saved.❤ Jesus is the Son of GOD HE is Light and not darkness and HE will most certainly come to those who call upon HIM. That's only my hope for her, we'll see when we get to heaven.

I never, ever got a good feeling from her. When I was a little kid, she was on a television show, maybe weekly, I'm not sure. But, I do remember observing her for a time, because she was so creepy. And I just felt like she was a meanie. I knew that she was supposed to be holy because I asked about her and as a child, I struggled to convince myself that she was a very good woman.

I, myself, do not believe in saints but I do believe in martyrs. Saints imply near to total perfection as a human being while martyrs offer themselves totally to their chosen cause to the point of self sacrifice.
Reading the comments and after listening to the video it seems to me that St. Theresa had a long life with a close up and front row view to all that was displayed in opulence adorned in most of the Catholic churches in comparison to what was being experienced in those orphans and slums. As a more matured and studious woman she would've been able to discern if the church leaders were demonstrating what the Bible requires of those in positions to give.
Furthermore,
If she had knowledge about abuse of young girls and boys or nun, at the hands of those in positions of care who weld power it wouldve been risky to her livelihood and if she had tried to pray about these misdeeds and didn't see much change then it had to be disheartening.
I think, put myself in her shoes, what if I had been an 18 year old girl with limited knowledge of the world and how things work in an adult world of power and secrecy, would I have known how to keep silent so that I could continue to assist as many as I could or blasted my mouth and gotten ridiculed, called a liar, libeled or ended up dead. She was cut off from her family, personal friendships, and all outside Networks to include phones and social media. Except she was allowed one letter to be sent once a month which was monitored before being mailed out. Even Communications with other colleagues in her order was limited. If she was and yes she was indoctrinated as taught by her Catholic belief. So, if she had any hard questions and didn't know how to get in depth answers then what was she to do?!.
I think the end of the video is one of Hope because she had a medical hospitalization maybe a Christ encounter occurred and once she recovered she couldn't speak well but she was asking for Jesus and not Pope Francis. They responded to her by giving her the communion yet, I believe HE had an encounter with her and she actually recognized Him, and she believed on HIM genuinely and got saved.❤
Jesus is the Son of GOD HE is Light and not darkness and HE will most certainly come to those who call upon HIM. That's only my hope for her, we'll see when we get to heaven.
