This is an artwork of Ishaan Chaudhary who wrote this beautiful song for his sister Aisha Chaudhary and the reason behind is that his sister was suffering from Pulmonary Fibrosis, a lung disease, of what she died so early at the age of 18. The movie depicts the whole story and this beautiful song is featured in the movie too. (5:51 is them asking Aisha "tu sun rahi hi" - "are you listening"!
