Zombie Virus Outbreak - Short Film Stop-Motion Animation

- Watch the beginning of a horrendous outbreak. A concentrated gas infects lab workers leading to a massive infection plaguing the near by population and employees.
As I continue to create these films I run into issues as my ambitions are often set pretty high. What I gained in duration I lost in animation I guess I could say. I have plans to get materials to make it easier for me to get more movement out of my characters with more ease. I promise to continue to improve my quality as I work towards my goal of a mini series.

Hey what happened to the one zombie from the Zombie Horde Set, There Was Supposed to a zombie with grey skin, and was wearing a straight jacket and brown pants, where did he go?
Do you have all the zombies from the tranzit farm set?

I believe so. I still wish i could have gotten that farm set as well.
@@BonassinN same, I miss out of a lot of those zombie sets, I was lucky enough to get this one called "Zombies Outbreak"

Thank You, I believe in you. I started with the bare minimum for sets/lights/camera/editing. If I waited until I had everything I thought I needed I wouldn't have any videos done.
@@BonassinN mucho gracias. I’m assuming your Hispanic, same as me😅. I just don’t speak to much because I grew up learning English in America. But anyway thanks again. Do you have any tips or advice for stop motion?
@@JCNix8652 I am a bit of a mutt but mostly caucasian. My step father painted the back of my classical nylon string as a candy skull as a tribute to the day of the dead. Tips and advice, A good video needs good sound and even with that a good song or piece of cinematic music is usually needed to tie everything together. If you are using visual effects to aid you then always be sure to take a picture of your scene without any figure in it so you can easily paint out any objects you used to hold your figures up. I personally use all practical effects right now which means my figures fall down a lot. Either way you end up spending time in production or post production. I put all my clips together with a duration of 1 fame each, Export the video then play with the speed of that video in a new project to find the sweet spot. I use my cellphone for pictures and the free Davinci resolve. I use studio one for audio recording which has a free version. lights not to bright not to dark.

@@JCNix8652 Anytime, What do you need for equipment? I cant supply anything but maybe I can help you in some way. I suppose some people don't answer questions because they are afraid of "competition" I personally love seeing everyone's videos and get some inspiration from them as well
I surprised you got all zombies to move throughout the end
It was pretty rough. Once one fell some or all of the rest fell. Spending minutes to take one frame was not fun that is for sure. The zombies have weird "toes" so they don't stand well at all without some clay. I am glad I have practiced a decent amount of patients but I still had to walk away from it for an hour sometimes
@@BonassinN I saw when the vehicle crashed, 1 the zombies was crawling, did it not stand properly?
@@ItsTyAlexander Yes, I found it difficult to make the stand and gave into making them crawl. I had to make them stand later on tho because they cant always be crawling lol

@@ItsTyAlexander Oh! That guys was a normal guys body. He came with a motorcycle. I just used a Zombie head from my Horde set on his body for that scene
Where's part 2
I was waiting for a new zombie set and started a World War Two stop motion in the meantime. A second zombie short will be out sometime in July. At the end of this month there will be a little WW2 stop motion video using the same type of figures

@@ItsTyAlexander This was the "Zombie Horde" Mega Construx Set that comes with the telephone pole. I have two of the Hazmat Crates (One is a rip off) I used one of those hazmat guys in the zombie horde
