    You aren’t “crying”. You’re simply experiencing the music. And that’s one of the greatest gifts that music has to offer. You can be completely fine one minute, and a song hits your soul and you’re wiping away some tears like “wtf just happened to me”.
    If this is hitting that nerve, you may need to Wade deeper into the blues genre. So many great artists to be found in those waters.

    I shot over here from another video which said ol boy cried during Mr. Moore's performance.. I'm so happy to see someone's emotions over take them while listening to a song.. as it's happened to me from time to time... My dear friend I hope you remember this moment forever...as this will keep Mr. Moore alive that much longer. Those notes that hit our ear waves just proves that tones are the way to go. Forget lyrics, even though those can be a deciding factor for some, it's the tones that hit our ear waves... that frequency hits everyone differently, but to me... it shows what kind of heart you have!

Another would be Chicago live at Tanglewood in 1970 playing “25 or 6 to 4.” Terry Kath just rips it up. Jimi Hendrix considered Terry Kath the greatest guitarist he’d ever heard. • @nickelcreed4421

      Just like Martial Arts there are many methods of playing guitar. Trust me someone like Yngwie Malmsteen could play every Gary Moore, David Gilmour solo ect... the reality is its too easy for him, it's like comparing rappers delight to an eminem song. Playing technical and fast is more interesting than the same boring over-used blues bends. David Gilmour is good but not anywhere near the level of world class players like Yngwie, Petrucci, Vai ect.. (Gary moore was great though, amazing tone and feel) Its good to slow down and play expressively with few notes, but people act like shredding quick is emotionless, which is straight up false.

    • @potetstappe666
      @potetstappe666 Před rokem +1

      @@nickelcreed4421 It's about creating the music. Not the technical skill. There's a 9 year old girl playing "Far beyond the sun" by Malmsteen pretty flawlessly here on YT. With enough practice, people can pluck and play anything. But it takes a master to compose it. I love Malmsteen and Michael Romeo, don't get me wrong. But speed isn't everything, although as you say, it can be full of emotion.

    • @nickelcreed4421
      @nickelcreed4421 Před rokem +1

      @@potetstappe666 I totally agree, composition comes first, but technical wizardry is the cherry on top man that makes it next level. That girl while impressive for her age, does not sound good at all, with bad touch, and poor improvisational skills, there is no emotion and shes bored / focused which shows in the playing, watch malmsteen play "trilogy suite live" on his official channel circa 1986, its unbelievable. The naunces in his vibrato, and his tone are out of this world, in my opinion no one even comes close, there are people who can play more technical thing, but guys like Van Halen and Malmsteen actually make it sound cool. For example Jason Richardson is insane but always sounds nerdy to me, I wanna see guitar gods with personality.

    Gary was amazing. He played with BB King, Albert Collins etc. Many brilliant Hendrix covers and his cover of the Messiah Will Come again and his own Still Got the Blues. Just go and check them all out.

    You know what's crazy is that I was raised on classic rock my entire childhood. Zeppelin, zztop, skynyrd, Seger, etc and I've never heard of this dude. I even asked my mom if she's heard of Gary Moore and she hasn't either. How can I not know about this dude especially being this awesome guitar player. It just blows my mind. He was really damn good. When someone can play the guitar and make you feel that shit, that's how you know they're one of the best.

    I love the blues and blues-rock. Gary Moore (like SRV, Jeff Healey & Joe Bonamassa ) were the best blues guitarists and vocalists of a generation. You need to check out his live video of "Still Got the Blues". He not only plays but sings on that video.

    When something hits body and soul you just have to let it show. Great reaction. I would like to suggest the next generation of greats his name is Taj Farrant and he can play with the passion of B.B. King but he is just a kid maybe 14 now but started when he was I believe 6. Thanks for the reactions

    Greetings and Love from Köln/Cologne, Germany. I saw your awesome reaction to Iron Maiden and love it. I'm a MaidenManiac since 1985. Two months ago i saw Maiden live here in Germany. But next i saw this one here and couldnt believe it. Gary Moore. I was fortuned enought to see him once live on stage. Here back in 1989. A life changing expirience for me. Both, Maiden & Gary saved my life 12 years ago. In 2010 i went to rehab. Alcohol addicted for over 15 years. Their music and their life attitude helped me thru this hard time. And they still support me to stay sober. I made it thru, got a second chance/life and i'm now a dry alcoholic for 12 years now.
    At first, i honestly thought you were making fun of Gary as you've said, "..i'm crying..'. And you're just another 'fake reacters', you know. But i kept watching you and it was worth it. No fake reaction, real feelings, real movement and real respect i saw in your eyes. Thank you for that, buddies..the best Gary reaction ever, serious..I laughed my ass off at end. As your two bro's entered your room, damn..you're awesome. Please, please...react to 'The Messiah will come again' live. You'll not regret it, trust me...please, i would pay for it..if i could afford to become a patreon. Here the link to the correct video:

    Thanx again...PEACE & stay safe, my friends ☺
