Even if you would think this is right … Sunday is a day of the Antichrist … then better go Monday to church … or another day but not the day of the papacy. This is clearly a sin. To worship on the day of the S-U-N. The thing the pope gives it’s ships every mass in the mouth every Sunday is a round little bread … the S-U-N. Ships not even understand. Happy Christian Sunday Sabbath
In the past year I have been convicted that the Sabbath is on Saturday. But I got to thinking... Does the Bible say you also have to do church on the Sabbath? Because most people (Christians) get weekends (Saturdays) off anyway (I assume) and whether they know it or not they are technically resting on the Sabbath from their regular work week. And if you don't have to do church on the Sabbath (not sure), does this mean most people are unknowingly following Gods Sabbath commands? Am I missing something?
My church worships on Sunday and sometimes I have to work Saturday and cant take the day off. Not sure what to do about that
Try reading Isaiah 58:13-14 and Leviticus 23:3. Then look up the word convocation to find out what it means. After that you need to make the choice yourself.
I was offered a great job and training to teach people jet ski and boat licences... I declined because of the Sabbath...
The Sabbath is a "Holy Convocation." Today's terms it mean a holy gathering/a gathering to worship God. I think its in Leviticus as well, and another evidence is Jesus and the apostles observe the sabbath through holy convocation.
@@voltagewing1283 brother we need to adjust to God's standard, not Him adjusti f to our standards. It means we quit our work on Saturday, not Him to adjust and change His Law so that we cannot sin breaking the Sabbath.

I think your find Jesus was already gone on the Sunday morning . As that is when Mary arrived to anoint the body. So Sabbeth must start on Saturday morning till Sunday morning. He was having the preparations meal the night he was captured on a Tuesday. He was crucified on the Wednesday at 9pm(3pm) Roman times in those days the day started at 6 am so 6am would have been 0.00 hours. He rose on Saturday as he is lord of the Sabbeth

If it was Friday be hard to get 3 days in. The Passover that falls on the 14th of March is a holy sabbath and it involves having a lamb live with you for 4 days then it has to be killed in the hours of 3 pm and 5 . I think this would be the time God chose. They say it was a Friday I see no evidence.. in fact the feast is mention in Mark 15 as a feast where they release a prisoner Passover. Is the only time not every Friday. If you read 14 Mark it say it was coming towards a feast in Two days. When in Mark 13 says he just left the temple then went to the mount of olives where he spoke his sermon so after 2 days was the start of the feast. Could only be a Tuesday night as it is a evening sabbath until twilight. Killed on Wednesday makes the Bible correct and I believe it knows the days and the hours unlike our church

I believe God should be worships everyday, but if chose Sunday long as God being lifted up and glorified how is that wrong?
If you would start with verse 14 you would see that it is talking about the handwriting of ordinances. The Sabbath is found in the Ten Commandments.

This is why Paul tried to tell believers that one believed a certain day was of greater importance than the other, but Paul emphasized they all had importance through Christ and to leave others alone, on which days they chose. Why? Because through Christ and all in Christ, every day is sacred and holy. To a Christian, every day is Sabbath holy because Christ is Lord, 24/7 and Lord of the Sabbath. Christ even invited, ...to come unto Him and He would give rest....
So, to keep the Sabbath, one must repent of all sin and allow Christ lordship over their lives. Once they do, the Sabbath/Christ their rest, will continue without end.

Is the sabbath Saturday 6am To 6am Sunday. As Mary when she went to visit the Tomb she had to wait till early sunday morning as it was a sabbath that finished at sun rise. As I believe the day started at dawn and not 12am.
Biblical weekdays are sunset to sunset.
As soon as the sun sets on Saturday the day is over and it becomes sunday. In other words the next day has already started as soon as its dark. In Genesis it says,, "And there was evening and there was morning the first day". And it says that for the other 5 days as well.

If Sunday starts early in the morning then you'd have to conclude that all days start from the morning including the sabbath the bible does not support this.

1 Corinthians 16: 1-2 ,/// Paul is clearly telling the church not to gather on the first day of the week, which is Sunday, that is a day for buying and selling. He is clearly telling them no church gathering on Sunday.

Think about it, the ancients believed that the earth was flat. God spoke to them back then, everything they believed and wrote about was given them by God himself. When the bible says that the earth was formed like a seal in the clay, that's what I am going to believe.

The message that people will listen to what itchy ears want to hear..when I got on my knees and asked God to teach me as He sent forth, a few days later I was reading an encylopedia looking up something and stumbled across the history of the Sabbath being changed. was wondering about the "from new moon to new moon" part ... Is this about New Moon Day? We should probly observe New Moon Day also since it will be observed in heaven along with Sabbaths also, shouldn't we?
We don't worship the sun moon or stars. We worship God on the day that God made Holy, way back in the Garden of Eden
The is only one sign in the heavens year after year the is the Sun the moon has 13 moons a year so it would put your festivals and feasts out every year. I was told that 14th of March is the start. Then you count 13 weeks then 13weeks then 13 weeks then 23 weeks brings you back to the start

People also worshipped the SUN, SUN worship is how SUNday worship began, they brought in SUN worshippers and their idols into the Church, and gave them Christian names. Emperor Constantine himself was a SUN-worshipper. Even today at the Vatican and Catholic Churches and around paintings, there are sunbursts everywhere. Sunday worship is about worshipping the SUN not the SON. ALL the doctrines have nothing to do with the Bible, but man made tradition.

@@leecash8144 Well the festivals would be fine because the 13th month is at the end. The starting point for the months according to the Bible is Abib, the 1st month and the beginning of Spring. Since there are no winter feasts the 13th month is simply a 4th winter month. That 13th month keeps the months and seasons true unlike our current Gregorian calendar.
