Testarossa is definitely the strongest because she beat misery and raine to pulp before she even got her name and keep in mine that both of them already evolved to demon peer.And diablo also stated that he was not confidence to go against her even though he already got his name.
I can't say the strongest. Ultima has skills that is forbidden to be used per Rimuru's request. However, Testarossa is thee best warrior. Even when she was a newbie with her flesh form with lower mana, Rain knew she would best her in vast experience in combat.
I think tertarossa is within level of Guy and Diablo. (Of course Guy dominates, diablo to second without the void collapse energy)

She's just that powerful and maintain composure even when facing a true dragon.
Carrera do have the arsenal to dmg true dragon, but that's just once per day. Testarossa knows that she can't defeat Velgrynd current, so she proceeded on time stalling (not to mention, she's the first one to discover how to hurt Velgrynd)
If I add more onto this, if she's not strong, it's not because she can't, it's because she don't want it to.

after getting the gun, carrera is definitely the strongest, but the three were not equal before joining tempest. Blanc was the strongest. the misery side story from tensura x said that she sent rain and misery back to guy in tears, then later beat rain in a 1v1, she was not incarnated at the time. misery stated that blanc would win a 1v2 vs jaune and violet.

In my opinion, Testarosa is strongest as it is stated in the novel that EV does not mean true strength but just the overall magic capacity. For a demon battle experince is above all. As we saw in vol 11 Misary avoided the fight with testa because of it. Diablo also had doubt that he would have defeated her even after he evolved to Demon Peer while she was an Arch Demon which tell alot.

Testarossa definitely because she's more versatile. Some reason fans assume carrera is the strongest is because she has the higher EV. If that's the case, she is the strongest behind rimuru himself. See how that doesn't make sense. Not downplaying carrera, but she has the most magicules out of all the subordinates, which is insane.

In the LN is still hard to know who would win, mainly because they make it sound like the trio are close to equal. While
Carera EV is highly than than Benemaru and Zegion she will still lose.
Not sure about Diable EV Rimuru was suspicious of it. I also think he can control his numbers.

@@snazytee40I'm pretty sure they showed up at the beginning of volume 11 because Diablo goes to recruit them in volume 10 from what I remember. Season 3 will end with volume 9, so yeah around ep 8-10 season 4 they should be introduced.

It was mentioned twice that primordial white and yellow have already appeared in the anime...when did that happen!? From the movie to the anime I've only seen Noir obviously Diablo, Ultima(Violet), Guy(Red), Green and Blue I forget their names.

1st
First, all 3 can use all 3 abyss core attacks, theyre nit unique to them. Ultima said she should have used Death Streak as well after seeing Testa use it and none of the magitanks being destroyed, while her nuclear flame destroyed all but 1 space ship.
Second, i think Testarossa is the strongest.
1. Diablo was unsure he could beat her even after evolving to a demon peer. He didn't think that about the other 2.
2. Every time the 3 of them spar with Diablo, Carerra and Ultima are always beat up and their clothes are shredded while Testarossa doesn't have a single hair out of place, meaning she does much better against him than the other two.
3. She's considered to be the most troublesome after Diablo, known as the Black and White duo.
4. Diablo was afraid of her evolving (because she almost did) so he stirred up trouble between the 3 of them to keep each other from evolving.
5. Even before evolving, she was able to beat up Raine and Misery, 2 demon peers and sent them crying back to Guy. Raine said that Testarossa can beat both Carerra and Ultima and she just goes along with Diablos plan because she's bored. Though she doesn't like that Diablo got one over on her.
6. She's by far smarter than the other two and has better magic control and tactics. That's how she was able to keep Velgrynds parallel existence busy while being 10 times weaker than it. While Carerra doesn't have the best control of magic.
7. Magicule count isn't everything. We see Guy with his 40 million EV rival beings with EV of 80-100+ million.
8. Luminus and Leon warned Rimuru about Carerra and Ultima. He then realized they didn't need to mention Testarossa because she's even more dangerous than those 2 and being on the lookout for her should go without saying.
9. When Leon told Shizu about the primordials, he only mentioned Guy, Diablo and Testarossa as beings to look out for. But he didn't mention Carerra who lives in his backyard and Shizu would have a much higher chance of running into.
There's other reasons why i think Testarossa is slightly stronger than Carerra. Its like Veldora and his sisters. He has more magicules than them and is an offensive power house. But because they're smarter, more experienced and skilled than he is, they always beat him. Same thing here. Just because Carerra has much more magicules, doesn't mean she's stronger. She has more than Diablo, Zegion and Benimaru too, but she's not stronger than they are. Though i don't think the gap is as big as it used to be before they evolved.
