I have been ill for almost 10 months bedridden doctors don't know my illness . Doctors say it's mental illness but what ever I'm suffering from feels inside my body and food I eat then after that I feel really really unwell

Even now I am going through a phase of extreme anxiety for the past week. My advice is to not miss any prayers, to do your daily adkhar morning and night. And do self Ruqyah. Also maybe you can try taking some supplements like ashwaganda which helps with anxiety. Eat clean and try to exercise. Focus on something you enjoy and allow your mind to be on that. Try not to be alone, spend time with others as much as you can, this is something that helps me. When I’m alone that’s when my anxiety gets the worst. May Allah give you shifaa

I am suffering for paranoid personality disorder. Sometimes I get so paranoid to the point I become delusional. It scares me. Edit: I have listed to this ruqiyah for 1 hour and it calmed me down.
Omg me too. I genuinely feel like there’s a blockage on my brain. I can’t think clearly and I can’t tell how I’m feeling. It’s just blurry and my head hurts from overthinking.

Stay strong on your salah and keep doing plenty of diker like Subhanallah, Alhamduliah, ALLAHU AKBAR and say it loud. Try to out beat the whispers also put on headphones and listen to the adhan when you are alone... they are so scared of the adhan.

Can any body tell me what i do, i m crying this time, i had stomach problem i did all tests they are all fine but my stomach problem don't go, after that i have heart problem, like fast palpitations ,pain in chest ,doing all tests. All are ok, then persistent headache from 5 years,, now i m feeling needles in my whole body,, panic attack, tooo mch sensitivite, anger fear, hopeless, hating everyone ,.. I don't know what to do? Only one thought come to my mind, heart attack 😢😢
