Cameron Bluffs Wildfire Update - June 15, 2023

The BC Wildfire Service continues to respond to the Cameron Bluffs wildfire (V70600), located alongside Highway 4 at Cameron Lakes. The wildfire is currently estimated at 231 hectares in size and classified as Being Held, which means the fire is unlikely to spread beyond its predetermined boundaries under prevailing conditions.
We continue to work alongside our agency partners, along with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure to Mitigate hazards along the Highway 4 corridor.
