    I love both ways of hunting; Spot & Stock and Ambush hunting. The trick is knowing when to switch back and forth between the two.

    Welcome to real hunting...back to how the Indians did it. Sneaking up to your kill takes real skill. This is what I do and no other physical activity even comes close to the joy and excitement this gives.

      Courts Griner Amen. Even with firearms, hunters are still unarmed. We are the weakest of the mammals and our only weapon is our brain.

    You adjust your hunting style in relation to the terrain. No difference between that and patrolling.
