The whole weekend from the Friday night until the Monday morning was an alcohol/drug fuelled binge the likes of which I had never witnessed. It was my brother, some of my best mates and me. We still walk about this gig to this day. Another band of note who played was Entombed. I can't listen to the Wovlerine Blues album without being taken back to this. Incredible. The best weekend of my life.

Their record label should have gotten a paid chiropractor to tour with them to help Phil to possibly keep him off the hard stuff. There's nothing better than getting chiropractor work done on your back. I know this because I'm pretty tall and I have lower back problems and neck problems.

When Pantera was touring for Far Beyond Driven, Phil's stage performances were more abrasive than ever, and when you jump off the stage and land on your back almost every performance, you're bound to break something. A chiropractor probably would've helped, but the damage had already been done, and Phil didn't get surgery until 2005. 11 years with a fucked up back. Just hurts thinking about it.
