I like the locking mechanism I remember with my ps4 controllers when they charged the cable slowly got looser until it was impossible to charge so if the locking mechanism can help prevent that then I’m all in

The small battery and the non-mouse click triggers are a dealbreaker for me.
I like the controller but it’s also important to have a option so Sony hears the feedback and hopefully in a few years we get a even better version on this controller
I agree 100%! For $200, the controller is great! A lot of the competitors sell pro controllers for quite a bit more. So all things considered, the Dualsense edge is probably one of the best values on the market! All of my constructive criticisms are coming from someone who has reviewed more than 15 different pro controllers extensively. If this was my first pro controller tho, I would probably be in love with it! Thanks for watching! 😄🤘🏼

Don't see it as a pro controller, see it as a highly customisable one with replaceable stick modules, with the "pro controller features" as an added bonus

@@boxiii I've been using it like most people for stuff like MW2 but I also use it in games AC Unity so I don't break my hand trying to parkour

It really is! Just heavy lol. Which I don’t mind for RPG games like God Of War.
I would imagine the smaller battery was to cut down weight on an already heavy controller.
You may be right. Even with that smaller battery, this controller still feels extremely top-heavy. especially if you’re using the cable locking mechanism.
I think space was the issue. No room inside the edge for a stock battery. If they could have fitted a regular battery in there, they would have. Weight wouldn’t have stopped them.
