The first time I saw this episode I was so confused with all of styles dreams and I was like okay are you awake now its this real? And then Lydia appeared and I was like NOPE IT DEFINETLY ISN'T REAL
I was like omg yass what happened last night ,why i didn't get noticed they are fucking endgame and then stiles says lydia why are you here? And then i was like oh shit it is a dream you destroy my feels jeff davis.
So that never actually happened in the series. I have seen it in videos and thought I missed something major like Stiles and Lydia sleeping with each other in his bedroom but since I binge watched the first couple seasons I have forgotten about some things.
he's in a dream and in the other episode when he went under water he opened the door and you can see that Lydia didn't want him to open it more cause the riddle goes like " a door to your mind" I think that's how it goes but he opened it more and even went inside it so that's how he let the dark side get to him
Daily Katts exactly, lydia is stiles ANCHOR because she is warning him not to go near the door. just like the guy was like "lydia, you go with stiles."
The fact that Lydia being in bed with him didn't startle him at first like it was natural for her to be there gives me hope for stydia
