Not sure if you still need this, but try putting them back in the case and tapping each earpiece three times while inside (it should stop blinking). Close the case and try connecting them to your device again

@Mayborn Beatz Thanks. I ordered GM2 eventually. The only downside of GM2 is the microphone seems not that great. I am wondering if any other Lenovo earbuds have better microphone.

When connected, the audio is good and I can hear through my earbuds but when I try to record voice message or when I call someone, it’s still using my phone’s internal microphone. Anyone else with same problem or is this just how it works?
@@SemajCra It doesn't sound right. My GM2's mic works when I had a call or a talk on line. The other person can hear me through GM2's mic but just not clear or loud enough.
@@OnigiriSuiko yes sorted after trying everything,not 💯 how i’ve done it though 🤦🏼♂️ I basically looked at how they say to reset each of your ear pods one at a time,by pressing the button on the ear pod while out of the case in your ear 3 times until they stop flashing an turn off,then put back in the charge case,once both are done and have been reset,while your blue tooth is off on your device by the way,then turning on the bluetooth again an after almost 3 hours this worked 👍🏻
@@ANFIELDBOY01 I tried that but one of them won't stop flashing. There seems to be many ways to fix this problem and the solution seems to differ with each set of earpiece. I don't know if I turned the Bluetooth mode on but I did pair the earpiece, put both of them in my ear then press and hold both buttons on the left and right simultaneously for a few seconds and that solved the problem. This is the problem with Bluetooth earpieces, when they don't work properly it's sometimes very difficult to solve the problem.

Hello mate I’ve just bought the gm2 pro’s but when i try an Bluetooth connect it will only connect one at a time not both together can you help?
