One thing which I don't think anyone points out regarding the Summer Internships, the companies release the shortlist before even the Term 1 exams results are out (not that term 1 results represent competency of candidate very accurately), so the criteria for the companies' shortlist mostly comprises of your profile pre MBA, i.e. Academics, PORs, ECAs, other spikes, so if you are someone who'd want to get into a top B school,(exceptions are always there, but if you have a below avg profile and acads, chances are you wont be exceptional at the interview), so do not waste the 3/4 years of your college, do and learn QUALITY ✔not QUANTITY stuff in which you're actually interested, because let's say even after avg acads and below avg profile you somehow score exceptionally high on CAT and get into a top B school, you'll always feel more degrees of imposter syndrome (although most people feel like imposters) among other lesser imposters. nice video, pacing was 👌👌
